Still Around
Posted 4 years agoAlright, so I'm trash when it comes to keeping up with everything. No matter how much I try to fix it, not happening. So hello! I'm still around. It's been a while! How's 2021 so far?
For a good chunk of time, it was not so good for me. I really couldn't see much anymore. It was a lot of back n forth with eye doctors n such, also having to wait for a surgery to happen. It's so urgent, but let's schedule it for a while from now. LOL The logic of these guys...I guess it can't be helped sometimes, but man was it frustrating. Even after having a relatively good recovery weeks later, something switched off in my eye and it got worse. From there, I had to wait another month for them to be able to fix it. Something about the doctor's time being very limited...I...ok.
In all of that time, I went through a range of emotions until there were none left but darkness. A place I thought I didn't have to visit again for a long time, but there I was just swimming in it. What was even the point of continuing, ya know? This was definitely the worst year for me compared to last year...and that year was a doozie. Sheesh.
Fast forward to getting this follow up treatment and I can finally see things again. Not clearly because my eye will never be there, but definitely better than the last few months where I couldn't. Playing a lot of ketchup...catch up. lol Things have piled on and my anxiety super high. Things kept going even when I couldn't. So let's go!

♥ My birthday is this month. I can't believe I got this far. lol
Okay...I ran out of things to go on about. Currently recovering from being sick this week, so I think I might have a lie down. Also gotta be ready for an eye appointment on Friday. ^^ /

This is crazy, wild stuff guys. Are you okay?
Me? I'm holding. Animal Crossing is helping keep
the insane away. Though some days, motivation is
low. Ugh. I hate my immune system. If it wasn't crap,
I'd be able to go to the stores at least to pick up supplies.
Instead, the farthest I go is the patio for fresh air...
How bout you? How are you coping? Are you still able to
work / go out? Or stuck inside like me? Don't forget to
check in with friends, family and other loved ones.
At least once or twice a week. Most importantly, keep
safe and wash your everything. Not just hands. ^^;

Did you guys have a good Christmas n stuff?
I haven't been up to too much. I've been sick mostly. oTL
Though I did get to see Rise of Skywalker. Enjoyed it quite
a bit. Now maybe go see Frozen 2 or Jumanji at some point.
Pesky sick is moving along, so I can work on the arts.

I've been trying to put my thoughts together for like...4 weeks now? It's been difficult. Been mentally drained and depressed. So...What happened? Let me try and explain:
Last month, me and hubby got into an argument like no other. It was bad timing on some things, but it happened. After that night, I thought things were moving forward slowly, but surely. Sadly, that was not the case. A week later, it flares up again, we argue, and he's off
without a second thought about anything he left behind. Me, his job, our home, everything.
I quit my job in September to do better with my art, so he was my source of income and help along with our roommate Krogan. I understand there was so much anger and he needed some time away. But he has no plans on ever returning or helping. Bills, rent and anything else is on me(and roommate). This is the extreme short version.
It's frustrating, and it hurts so much. I just don't have the time to stay still. I've got to make
sure we're not homeless or things don't get shut off. If it means I'm forever an art slave to those that order art. So be it, I will get through it.
So thank you dear lovelies for helping any way you can.
You have no idea how appreciative I am for the support.
