Posted 16 years agoSince my dog was injured (http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/602152/) and needs 24-7 care I've been having a little trouble keeping up appearances here.

Emergency....
Posted 16 years ago...at 12:30 am this morning my dog's eye was ripped out by my boyfriends dog. The third dog was in heat which started the two males fighting. The vets in the area were all closed as I frantically called every number I knew. His eye kept popping out further so I held back his eyelids to prevent further rupture.I finally got an emergency vet...
they said he might loose his eye. Right now I just got him home with all his mess. The bill ended up being over $1000 for surgery to put his eye back, keep him overnight and clean his neck wounds. I'm still unrecovered from this whole ordeal. He's okay for now I have to try to get him to eat... He's got an cone collar on. Medication every 4-8 hours and about 5 different meds.

I still don't have net at home. I'm on my iPhone, so I have all access to Internet but can't upload scans unless I put on a thb drive and send that thumb drive with my boyfriend and he uploads it.

Who has Pokemon cards!?
Posted 16 years agoSooooo I was really thinking into getting oldschool ( the original 151) pokemon cards. I can't seem to find the old decks I'd booster packs anywhere!
So I ask all of you, wanna trade? I was thinking, you tell me the card you have, I draw it, we swap originals? You send the card, I send the art!
I'd happily take some card donations too, anything from the old 151, doesn't have to be any specific ones, so any will do. I'll draw and paint up anything with the pokemon in your card! So you're pretty much gettng free pokeart! Cards can just be sent in a plain envelope.

I don't celebrate it, being pagan, but my family does and I usually get gifts for those I know get for me. I don't especially like how commercial holidays have gotten. Why not just being with your family and taking time to remember the memories and joy of the year?
