Winter Talk
Posted 9 years agoGood morning, evening, or night to all of you amazing people!
I do hope that all of you had an amazing winter break, and enjoyed the new year!
The topic of the week is what has been missing from winter time?
"Oh boy, another rambling rant from the world's dumbest."
Please PLEASE bear with me.
Please, tell me what you have to say in the comments!
So, lately, I've noticed a sudden loss in key weather around my own region. (Eastern Coast, U.S.)
However, though these winter years have held our traditional celebrations for whichever religion you are a part of, or none at all, I believe that there is a specific spirit of winter that's missing.
I'm not a professional, but I do believe, from what I've seen, winter is missing its classical overwhelming joy. Snowy days were a dream land to us at one point, but are now just seen as an escape.
I don't restrict my POV to either liberal nor conservative views, but that's the kind of thing that made Winter, Winter.
Now, I realize the audience that may view this is mainly young adults to full on adults, but please bear with me.
Snowball fights and sleigh rides have nearly become obsolete in our vast, evergrowing technological world. To those that were able to enjoy these I'm sure that could be a key memory.
Well, I've fed my discussion. I don't know where to continue from there, so that's it for now.
Please, do enjoy the rest of your morning, evening, or night! Live well!
