Posted 12 years agoWe finally got a website up and running; it should be a lot easier to look at examples of our products and suits as well as pricing. :D If there's anything you guys think we should add that would be helpful, please let us know! We're also working on a store so stay tuned for an update on that in the coming weeks.

Our current turnaround time is about a month at this moment (past commissions take priority until they are finished) depending on the item (custom eyes, handpads, feetpads, and unpainted jawsets take about a week while a resin base will take 2 weeks+).

Posted 12 years agoSchool is finally almost over for both of us so we'll be working on finishing our last round of orders ASAP next week.

Update for the spring (closing commissions until early May)

As you may know, Chroma and I are full time students at the moment. Unfortunately, we have extremely full schedules for this semester and will be closing for commissions until the beginning of summer (early May till September). This includes ALL custom parts and orders. We simply cannot afford to spend any time on them and we do not want to disappoint our commissioners any further with late deadlines. Our experience with handling orders while in school was a bit disastrous and we have definitely learned from it.
Officially, we will no longer be making partials, handpaws, or feetpaws. However, we will continue to offer parts (custom silicone handpads, feetpads, and claws) for them. We will be focusing only on masks and tails as we are faster at making them. A few slots for mask+tail sets will open around mid-summer but only when we have finished our current list of commissions!
As for current commissions, we have:
1) rainbowchan
We finished sanding and respraying the mask; we'll be replugging the electronics to make sure they work before we send off the rest of the order.
2) vixyn
We are still waiting on the CFX head so we can redo the sculpt. The tail will be shipped out around the end of this month or early February at the latest. Chroma will be extremely busy so I may be doing the bulk of the work depending on the amount of free time I have available.
3) NightWolf1217
We are slowly but surely working on the feet; they just need another shave and the back part to be glued on.
4) Estelle
We have not started on this commission yet; our canine nose mold ripped so we have to remold it when we have the time. :(

Chroma and I are extremely busy with finals at the moment but we have a week and a half of school left before we are on winter break. We will be finishing and shipping all parts orders once we are on break (and finally be able to work on partials)! We will probably be opening a couple slots for head+tail commissions (be on the look out!) once we finish our current line up. We will not be making feetpaws or handpaws in the near future due to the amount of time it takes us to finish.. However, we will still be offering silicone pads and resin claws for sale.

Chroma and I have been swamped with schoolwork and midterms lately so it's been getting a little hard to find free time on the weekends to work on stuff. We just wanted to thank everyone once again for being super patient and understanding! You guys are seriously the best! :3

Shipping update
Posted 13 years agoWe had a few things come up (family visiting and school starting) so we weren't able to ship orders out last week. Due to our busy school schedule we were unable to send updates; not to mention FA being down. We will not be able to check our email or this FA account/respond during the weekdays to respond to any questions as well (although we will try!).
We are extremely sorry about any shipping delays that may have occurred. :/ We've had all of our classes now so we have a much better idea of our schedules in terms of figuring out free time for working on orders. At this time, we only have Saturday and Sunday off to work on current orders as well as homework, so it's going to be a pretty difficult balancing act.
We will only be able to ship any finished orders once a week on either Monday in between classes or on Friday. Shipping will go as planned--items will post out on Monday afternoon and we will send any necessary tracking information later that evening. Once again, if you have any questions, please send us an email.

We have a lot of fun working on heads and we're pretty fast at making them so we are taking off $100 off the base price for a head; this does not include partials.

+ADD $7.50 for a silicone nose of any color/special effects (UV, glitter, etc.) embedded inside the base

Painted and sealed: $35

So a weird air bubble appeared in the E6000 glue between the two halves of the resin blanks we cast for the wolf head's eyes. We are not sure what happened other than it appeared out of nowhere. -_- It's been two weeks or so since we glued the eyes together and painted them. This happened three days ago and it was pretty small and hard to see until today... Now it seems to be getting bigger and moving up towards the pupil. We're not sure what to do because we need to drill/dremel the eye out somehow from the head without ruining the fur and destroying the eyelids.
