Farewell Dragoneer (R.I.P) Late Journal
Posted a year agoThis a late journal on Dragoneer's death. But better late than never. I wrote this letter while I was at work. To type here in my journal. I try not to make it too long. But bear with me. My grammar isn't the best when I'm writing/talking. But this is a temporary journal that I may leave up for a while. So here it goes.

With every Rise & Fall of old times.
Comes the Fall & Rise of new times.
Dragoneer was a good example. Of what to do & what not to do. I'm not saying he's a bad person. But I can't say he's a good person either. In my eyes he's a decent person. Just because he had skeletons that he let out of his closet. Doesn't mean that all of us have skeletons in our closets. That could be let out one day if were not too careful. Its scary to think about because no one knows. Who's going to be next drama king/queen or have their dark secrets reveal. Unless you show your true nature. Then that's on you.
Back in June. Marks 15 years of me being in the furry fandom. Within those years I've heard more "Cons" than pros from him. Whenever the furry fandom or my friends talked about him. Which is rarely a good sign. I'm not gonna lie. I would prefer to hear more positive than negative. Only because I'm getting annoyed hearing the negative side more often from people. But I can't change that.
All I can say that Dragoneer was a decent & cool person to me. I never met or talk to him. But he did faved one of my arts. Back in 2021. And I don't think I ever got the chance to thank him. I did sketch a gift art of his OC back in 2017. But never finished or showed it to him. This is what happens when you come from a forgetful family. Or be a forgetful person as a whole. Heh.
In the end. This is how I see Dragoneer.
Is he a hero? No.
Is he a villain? No.
Is he a saint? No.
All I see from him. Is a person who got the job done. Made the choice. The community react/respond to it. From the good, the bad, & the ugly. Which usually how it goes. Then from there on. We made the decision on how we see it. And how it effects all of us. Most people will remember him being good. But other people will remember him being bad. And last remaining people like me. Well I would like to remember him as a decent, respectful, & cool person in the community.
For my last words. Thanks for being a cool person Dragoneer. And making an impact in the furry community. Hope the afterlife is treating you well there.

Today Marks 15 Years & Personal Life (Furry Fandom)
Posted a year agoToday marks 15 years since I joined the furry fandom. All I can say is that so much has changed since then. For the good. For the better. And the sometimes for the worst. But at the same time. With everything that has been happening now. It makes you wonder if younger days are better. But you can't dwell. And accept to "Keep Moving Forward" as a quote they said in the Disney movie "Meet The Robinsons."
This is the first time in so many years that I don't feel like I need to hold on to something. Like feel as anxious or nervous when something bad happens. Or keep the past with me. I'll have my moments here to there. But its not as worst as it was earlier this year or previous years. Ever since iMagicon happened in my hometown back in April. I have felt this uplift of things I kept with me for so long. Just disappear after the con got over. There's so much I want to say or tell people about what happened. But I can't. I feel whoever was there. Its best to keep it between them & myself.
For the first time in 10 years. Since iMagicon started in 2015. I had an tremendous time at the convention. From the good, the bad, and the ugly. As soon as the convention got over. I was asking myself within the whole month of May this question. "Now what?" Really. I kid you not. That was my whole entire month. Figuring out. Where do I go next? What happens now? To a point that I felt different in a good way. I didn't feel like taking something from the past to hold on with me as a pet. Carried it with me. I was happy. And that's a relief I haven't felt in a long time.
Within the last 6 months of 2024. This year resolution for me was momentum. Its been a slow but steadily progress from it. But I've learned a lot. Just by doing that. From my hometown convention, going to Disney World, focusing on my YouTube channel, and actually drawing some personal art that I felt comfortable of drawing without worrying. For the past 15 years being in the furry fandom. I've learned a lot. And 2024 has been the best year for me. Not just doing stuff in the fandom. But focusing on myself. And I made some good progress by doing that.
I'm sorry if I haven't talked as much about this stuff. But this has been my year in a nutshell. But in a good way.
If you've read this all the way to the end. Thank you. I really appreciated it. I don't talk about this stuff on social media anymore. For obvious reasons. I like to talk a lot. Even if doesn't make any sense.
For those who've comment, faved, watch, & support me since 2009 all the way up to now. Thank you. I really appreciated it. You guys have been awesome for all these years. Cheers for still being here. And onwards to a another milestone 20 years. Which won't happened til 2029. But until then. "Carpe Diem." "Seize the Day." "Make your lives extraordinary." "Whatever you guys have now. Before I go into this. Those who know me in real life. Are aware that I'm a ambassador of iMagicon. This will be my 3rd year being in this position. Right along being leader of a small furry group. For 7 years now.
Some of you may be wondering. What is iMagicon?
iMagicon is fan pop culture convention. That welcomes anyone to the convention. From Comics, Anime, Sci-Fi, Gaming, Furries, and more. Basically a Multi-Genre convention. We're a small convention that started up in Minot, North Dakota. Back in 2015. Growing as every year goes by. Bringing bigger & better content to my hometown community. And the state of North Dakota. We bring in 1,000 to 3,000+ people every year. And keep breaking record attendances every year. We have featured past guest of honors to iMagicon. From ByCats4Cats, Beetlecat, Johnny Yong Bosch, Cerina Vincent, Doug Jones, Christopher Jones, Margot Kidder, Colin Cantwell and more. We keep expanding our horizons. And make sure everyone has a safe, fun & positive environment for the convention.
I'm looking for any furry. Who be interested in being a Furry Guests of Honor for iMagicon. For the future years of the convention. But here's what I'm looking for.
- Professional Furries who been in the fandom for at least 10+ years
- Any type of Media (Art, Fursuit Maker, Photography, FurTuber aka YouTube & etc.)(Mostly Safe for Work content)
- Anyone willing to give safe & positive vibes. And share they're passion/stories with the community.
If anyone is wondering. Why am I looking for Furry Guest of Honors?
Simple. I want to bring in furries who'd be interested to share there passion/stories with my hometown community. North Dakota may have a small population. And really have nothing to do here sometimes. There are people who want change & make a difference. To show that we can bring something new into the state. And share for the current generation. And the future generation. To build a community. Who are interested in the furry fandom.

R.I.P. Grandma
Posted 2 years agoHey everyone. This is Yoshi. I don't usually make this kind of post. But I wanted to let you guys know that my Grandma passed away yesterday peacefully on her 95th Birthday. She's been wanting to go for a good week now. I'll still be here. Just need to make sure my mom and her family are alright.

I'm looking for any furry. Who be interested in being a Furry Guests of Honor for iMagicon. For the future years of the convention. But here's what I'm looking for.
- Professional Furries who been in the fandom for at least 10+ years
- Any type of Media (Art, Fursuit Maker, Photography, FurTuber aka YouTube & etc.)(Mostly Safe for Work content)
- Anyone willing to give safe & positive vibes. And share they're passion/stories with the community.
If anyone is wondering. Why am I looking for Furry Guest of Honors?
Simple. I want to bring in furries who'd be interested to share there passion/stories with my hometown community. North Dakota may have a small population. And really have nothing to do here sometimes. There are people who want change & make a difference. To show that we can bring something new into the state. And share for the current generation. And the future generation. To build a community. Who are interested in the furry fandom.
I'm not really comfortable sharing this on Twitter. But will give out a link over there to this journal. Just as a temporarily post. I don't know how long. I'll keep this post up but I'll removed it. If this isn't the place to post this.
