Hahaha, FWA was interesting this year. My first year on staff made me appreciate the other years I wasn't on staff even more. I'm -still- trying to catch up on sleep! e___e But enough rambling, on to the report!

Thursday

Got there a bit later than I'd originally planned, band practice ran late. BUT! I got my first tattoo and was hella excited so I was happy anyway. I got my awesometastic pith hat and jersey and proceeded to bounce around with my butt bells on...for all of three minutes before they stuck me on escalator duty. But I had plenty of people come keep me company while I was standing there telling the normies to not come up the stairs and getting hella attitude from them. Left with Dignant around 1, got home at 2am after the Red Flow Incident of 2009, went to bed.

Friday

Got back at around 9:30am, did the "let's drive around the block 18,000,000 times just to find parking!" dance seeing as how the hotel lot was FULL. Sent Dignant in for duty, ran about to get a parfait for noming...and got put back on escalator duty. Stayed on duty till around 1, got foodstuff, went back to duty in the art show, got a break for 2.5 hours so I wandered. Got my room, ate sammichs in the God Suite, and wandered some more. Went back on duty around 5:30 and stayed on till around 11pm. Got moved twice tho, changin up the scenery! Had Kodie and Filthyrotten makin fun of me though. :( Jerks. Got stuck in the elevator for a while a around 10. Went home around 11:30, got mah shiiit and came back. Found out my surrogate grandma died at around 10:30, went to bed depressed. :(


Saturday

Saturday didn't start out so great for me. Had to get up ass early to take a friend to work. Along with news of grandma a few other stupid things happened to quickly ruin my day before 11. Tons of people came and told me to cheer up (Thank you all!!!!!!!!) and fed me so I felt better. The rest of the daytime was pretty uneventful, I was on duty most of the time but it was all good. Night time we had our security breach with the con crashers so I got to do absolutely NOTHING that night, but I did meet my Varmit and got to hang out a lot with Andre Rabbit :). Got in around 4:30, fell asleep around 5am.


Sunday

Woke up ass early for no reason, got ready for the day. My bestie called and decided to come over and hang so I went in to duty early. Got a badge commission from Stickers first though! (<3 you Stickers!) and agreed to take her home the next day. Had duty for a while, got to blow up balloons for the closing cermonies, did closing, went for cake, went to my room, got drunk and had my bestie come over. After showing her around the con floor she was all "OMG I LOVE THIS!" so we made her a fursona and I commissioned a badge for her. Anyone want to do artwork for a pale purple unicorn with a pink star on the eye, lemme know! Later that night we went to karaoke and dinner where I got molested by some random lady and had other people pull my tail. (>.<). Went home and got Dignant's stuff,c ame back, got a bit more drunk and partied...until I noticed a security problem and ended up spending most of the night in a freezing room.



LESSONS LEARNED

** Con suites provide good food. Squirrel said food away for night time to avoid paying for extra expensive hotel food.

** DRAMA SUCKS. Don't start it, stay out of it.

** NEVER HOLD IN YOUR POTTY NEEDS. I'm in worlds of pain because I didn't potty when I needed to.

** SHOWER. FOR CHRISSAKES PEOPLE. Nobody wants to get in an elevator that smells like furry and ASS.

** Tip your hotel people. They work HARD during con weekends. I tipped our bellhop and I swear he wanted to hug me. He went from =| to :D in like 2 seconds.

** Be nice to con staff. Don't make an ass of yourself. Our job is hard enough as it is, don't make it harder by being ignorant twits.
