So yeah uh; Hi, I'm kinda back? I guess?
My life is still a hellhole of a mess but hey, when all I have is drawing, why not continue to share it :^)
So I am planning to be back for good. I'll upload all the artworks i've done during my time away little by little, and then i'll offer up some more commissions and YCH again
I've been thinking of opening painting as commission for good now, and also NSFW, so I hope you'll be looking forward to that

As some may have guessed, i'm not really available lately. I'm trying to make things work irl and it's taking a lot of time and energy
Spoiler alert:
Things are not working out.
I got a lot of rejections, lots of appointment, more rejections, today i got told to give up that my skills, weren't good enough if i didnt get any positive responses yet. I can"t really fight that logic.
So yeah, i'm not doing so hot. I don't know where to go from there, so I will try to figure something out, until then i wont draw much. All my drawing energy, the little i have left of it, will go toward two small projects i'm part off for now and cannot share anywhere yet.
I'm not going to lie, the situation feels hopeless here. I hope i'll be able to update this journal soon with a more positive thing. Until then, this account will stay silent for a bit longer. Comms + NSFW

I just happen to choose spending my break drawing some more, instead of playing video games or something.

Paypal is being a lil hecker. Nothing i can do a far as i know, i'll try to contact them
They are currently putting my money on hold, because they sent me money ( after making me pay too much fees on one of my invoices ) and then opened a dispute because of that? Dispute doesn't show on my side, but the payment is marked as such. And apparently Paypal put your money on hold for 7 days if you have disputes open
So uhm, fuck me i guess :^)

Things aren't great, what's new!

This is not a happy journal, you may have guessed.
I did a couple of journals explaining we had some cat health problem. And yes! This is about that again.
As some of you may know, we spend most of last month traveling to the vet every two days, to give shots and medication to our senior cat.
To make it short, our senior cat has cancer ( Lymphoma )
We don't have all the infos yet, we are going to the vet on monday -so far all infos have been communicated on the phone after we got the results from the lab)
It is uncurable, but there are treatments to make his life longer and painless.
He's already feeling better than ever after last month of shots and medication, so we are going to continue fighting for him as much as possible, putting to sleep right now is not an option, he is not in any pain whatsover right now, he's still his energetic food addicted annoying self.
He has been my gf's companion and friend for 14 longs year, i will not let him go without making us feel like we did everything for him.
I myself lost my two cats a month appart last year. One was very sudden accident and left me devastated, i wont let my gf go through the same pain with her 'son'
Money will be very tight, we'll try our best to provide for him, but we already spend all of last month going to the vet every two days, our budget is very limited. Depending on how much the treatments cost, we might not be able to make it alone. We're not sure yet, but we might have to ask for some generous help in the future, tho i don"t like it one bit.
I will make an update and submission on him on monday.
On other news
My laptop's battery is officially at the end of it's life.
Great timing.
It's not urgent, i can just leave it on charge for now. Tho i sometime just, forget, and the pc will just die on me with no warning, make me lose some commission progress.
I currently don't have the money for another battery ( it would be around 100€ ) so y e
So my commissions may still be a bit slower that i'd like them to be, due to both these reasons.
Which is bad because at the moment commisisons are my only source of income and i really need me some fucking money right now. So i don't know, i'm debating raising my prices more already, i'll see about that later this month.
Favorite Monster Hunter Monster?

A while ago i started a small thing as personal art, and i felt like picking it up now and hopefully finishing it soon. Maybe turn them into stickers futher down the line? I don't know how Capcom react to MH fan merch. ( Seeing the lack of it, probably not that well i assume? )
I currently have 4 Monsters planned, Mizutsune, Zinogre ( N°1 fan fav Puppy ), Xeno'jiiva ( Gotta appeal to MHW players, also it just has a very nice face design ) and Lagiacrus ( #myfirstMonstercrush )
I do think on adding Rathalos, to have the franchise flagship monster seems like an obvious choice.
But i would love to have your ideas! So Drop the name of the monster you'd like me to draw, and i might do so in the future!
To be more precise, i'm only doing headshots, so you can pick the monster you like best face design wise, but i also don't mind hearing about the one you like to hunt best instead! Elder Dragons are OK too! Heck even Herbivores / small monsters if you want.
( If you want to know, i think my personal favorite so far would be Lagiacrus ( I'm still mourning the fact that he was almost in MHW, F ) My first MH game was MH Tri, I feel in love the momenti saw him in the TV ad. My first Flagship monster, so of course he's special! The first time i had to face him had baby me so scared and excited at the same time! Plus that design tho, that silhouette, ELECTRICITY ABILITIES.
( I never got to actually kill him in MH Tri, i was young and stupid and didnt understand that game at all at the time ;;;;; ) )

So a month or so ago i posted a journal asking for cat food advice. We took in my Gf's senior family cat with us some month ago now.
He was terribly thin at the time. His food diet was terrible, and his 16 y/o tummy couldnt take it, so he'd puke every morning. ( To their defense they did go to a vet and he was not helpful at all)
So once we got him we tried to change his diet, find something that could work for him - we were thinking of going home-made down the line, but we don't have the resources at hand atm - Also did a vet visit, got some shots, mouth medication, nothing much he could do at that moment.
But the good news is! He's been puke free for almost 2 weeks now ( excluding random furballs, we do brush him daily to aboid it as much as possible)
He's gained weight, he's no longer scary thin. He's not at an healthy weight yet either but he's getting there. SO that's the good news
The bad news is, we just came back from a vet visit. See this is a long week-end holiday here in Poland, and kitty found no better time to start pooping blood yesterday - What a bad birthay gift for me - so the panic to find one today was real.
Verdict is, not really sure right now. We have to go to give him shots again tomorrow and the day after. Got medication to give him and some Royal Canin food too that should help his tummy / make him gain the extra weight he needs a bit faster. We sure hope this will help him back into shape, before our wallet gets fully empty.
This is not all tho, the scary part is, there might be something wrong with his heart too. We don't know for sure yet, but the vet doesnt seem very happy with it.
So, I might be not all that responsive in the coming day because of vet visits. But I'll do my best to make as much work as possible to pay for his bills when i get the time.
Keep an eye out for my commissions prices going up soon, along with more YCH to come. Every euros is helpful.
I'm sorry this seems a bit like venting, but it's kinda frustrating. I also don't want to sound like i'm begging for money, we're not at this point yet, i hope we'll never be, it just worries me a lot.
As of right now, the boy is home, a bit dazed because of the medication he got and desesperate to get into our dishes even tho there's nothing for him there.
UPDATE: After going to the vet 6 days in a week, he's doing better thanks to the good number of medication and vet special food.
Sadly they did find a foreign / no identifiable mass during his x-ray ( radio? idk ) So the old man will have to get surgery in the coming week.
He's a senior cat who is still a bit underweight because of his eating problems, so this kinda scary. Hopefully the operation will go smoothly and wont be for nothing.
Once again i'm sorry for being so slow this month, we spend a lot of time at the vet and it's stressing us out a bit.

We were good for a couple of months, but turns out you cannot just put some tape on a cracking wall and act like everything's good.
Some of the issues has been fixed - the melted machine parts has been changed, we don't risk immediat fire anymore- and more professional are coming to fix most of the wiring very soon - yay! -
So we should be good with electricity, at lest until we move out, hopefully. -Don't know when that will be tho-
On another note! I wont be available during easter's week-end
We"re leaving to visit my gf's family, and i'm too afraid to travel with my pc and tablet. Plus we already have to handle the cat ( Baby first train trip, pray for this old kitty )
So ye, i'll be gone for all around 4 to 5 days.

Cat food problems

Not an exciting journal at all, i am here to see if i can gather advices.
Don't read if you don't really like mention of stomach sickness and all
See, my gf took her family's cat to live with us. He is an handsome old man of 16.
Of course with old age comes problems, it has been going for a year a more now, and i though i could solve it but turns out that i can't.
So this old kitty has some tummy troubles, been puking almost every morning. We put him on a feeding schedule with controled doses to see if it would help. And it actually did for a month! Upgraded his food too to things healthier (which is not hard he's been eating trash all his life)! And then it went back down to hell again. If not worse somehow.
He also decided that he didnt like middle priced food anymore ( He really hates Sheba )
We did take him to the vet, lost almost all our food budget for the month because of it. No verdict, Stomach doesnt have any infections, Blood test as normal as can be. Did have to get some medicine for his mouth, because all that puking didnt really do any good to it.
So we don't really know what to do. We did buy him so dry food for cat with digestive problems ( Brit Care ) but 1) He doesnt fancy dry food much 2) He ets it too fast and regurgitate it before it heven has a chance to reach his stomach.
I'd like to know if any of you has to deal with a cat that also has a sensible tummy and a regurgitation / Puking problem. How do you deal with it? Any food in particuliar to recommend? ( We have a tiny budget so best price to quality / quantity ratio would be appreciated ;; )
The vet did not recommend us anything, and the only food that comes up on google are dry food, which i'd rather avoid if possible.
( Also yes we do plan on going back to the vet later if we can't control the situation again )
At this point i'm ready to try anything. Having to get up at 3am to clean up puke is not ideal, and our old white wooded floor is not happy either. But mostly i don't want this old cat to spend the rest of his old life like this.Family visit

Just a small update to warn everybody.
I just bought my plane tickets to go back and visit my family from the 16 of february until the 2nd of March!
Commissions and answers will be a bit slower during this period because of it.
I've been living in Poland since November, and my family was getting antsy, and these were the only days that i could actually visit without any problem transport wise or overly priced plane tickets.
So i'll take this time to spend time with them, eat some good fucking cheese once again, play some good ass video games -I left them all at home, we are too poor to have a tv here and gameconsole didnt really fit in my lugage, F - So commissions wont be my priority.
I will still work some of course because i do need to earn back that money i spent on the ticket, just, really slowly.
Also, well, I do plan on finally redoing my price sheet once i come back. I do not know if i'll be able to open my commissions list before that, because i am pretty packed with work right now.

I'm having some troubles lately, since the new year my electricity has been acting very bad.
It did start a bit before that, power went out once or twice but always came back.
But since new year, it's very bad. We had to scramble around and find a way to make our fridge work because half of the appartement power was dead. Then we lost all power on january 3. Thankfully the morning after we had an electrician come and check everything out. We now have electricity!
Well almost.
See, i'm writing this in the dark right now, because we can barely have two different things using power at the same time. We lost power again yesterday. Funny enough the electrician was at our appartement again the same day to finally fix one of the light that was totally dead since new year.
The situation is, we live in a very old building and everything inside the wall is melting.
So they did replace the melting parts but, the whole cables are fried. We'll have to schedule another appointment to open the walls and change all the wiring.
-Thank god we don't have to pay for that;;;-
So as you may have guessed, i might be harder to contact due to that electricity problems. Because i cant predict power outage and i have to stay careful. We have no idea when everything will give up on us for good so, y e a.
I just hope this can be resolved soon, fingers crossed Prices raises and blabla

Man that's a lot of people and i feel so excited to see this number on my watcher list. Thank you all so much for your support, I hope you'll enjoy your stay and the arts coming in the future!
Now for something that some of you might not enjoy, AKA, what's mentioned on the title of this journal.
I'm thinking of raising my general commission prices. For pretty much everything. Not a big change, a couple of Euros.
To clarify this is not because of my watcher Milestone at all!
See, in less than a month, on the 3rd of November, i'll be moving away to live with my girlfriend for at least a year, if everything goes well. We are so excited, and also so, so poor.
Until now i've been able to save some money and not worry too too much because i was pretty much living for free. Now I will have to make at least 450€ to survive every week -Keyword: Survive- . Something that should be doable for sure. But still not easy even more considering my current, pretty low prices.
- I basically make 5€/H, except since Freelance stuff / Paypal, all i actually get is like, 2 or 3€/ H maybe ? Not ideal. Even more considering there's weeks / months when i dont get much commissions -
I also just like to think that my art is worth a bit more than that, considering the effort i put in each commission.
So i dont know if you agree with this, think i can afford to up the prices a little bit, would you still be interested in my commissions if i did? Or should I, idk, offer some NSFW to stay relevant and hope for a decent pricing?
Either way, you still have some times to enjoy the current prices, since they wont change until December 2018 OR Early 2019

Anyway, like i said earlier. I'll be moving early November.
!!That means commissions will be slow before and fter me moving, so i can settle correctly!!
I Already got my plane ticket for Poland and i am really really anxious. I did have some saving goals before i flew there. And i'm pleased to say im almost there! Well actually i did reach my goal but then the plane ticket was a bit more expensive than anticipated and i got guilt tripped into buying something expensive for my sister. Yay.
So i am now at least 100€ short from my original goal. I hope i'll be able to make those 100€ before i leave, but i have a busy 3 weeks, so i might be very slow at commissions;;
But then, if i manage to get 200€+, my second goal would be met, which is, money for a possible cat!
I lost my two cats the same month this summer, they were the only constant good in my life. I miss them lots. I also really would want to get a cat after moving to help with my anxiety and my loneliness. I'm moving with my gf, but she's a very busy bee and i'll end up being alone A LOT. A cat would help me not get mad in our tiny appartement. It would also help her, since she also suffer from anxiety and stupid work load and coming home to a nice purring fluffball would definetly help.
SO yes thats basically it. Commissions are what makes any of this possible and are my full-time job. Thats why i appreciate each and everyone of my commissionners so much. I'm so glad to have your support and i hope i'll continue to have it for the year forward.
I am in no way pressuring any body to buy art from me, showing appreciation also means a lot

Lately i was pretty absent, I took a whole month off more or less.
One part to focus on Art Fight, which was very fun! I am glad i could participate in it -despite my team not winning, maybe next year!- It made me discover some cool artists, talk a bit with new people and exchange. It was also a very productive thing for me, while also staying stress free! I felt like there was no quality expectation so i managed to draw more freely and it was honestly refreshing to do that sort of drawings for almost a month!
Second, because my girl flew to my place to spend 2 weeks with me and the awful deathly heat wave of south of France. She didnt come to visit me in a year so i was delighted.
But not my month of 'vacation' is over for good. See i do plan on visiting her back, and hopefully never leave, or at least not for a year.
Sadly i live in the middle of nowhere, part time jobs are almost impossible to get by, small contracts doesnt really do muchfor saving, and i do need the money to save and move / security money for paying rent.
So I am now focusing 100% on commissions. No more limited slots, no more refusing projets. I do plan on opening more type of commissions -mainly painted icons / animated icons and painted portraits if anyone is interested.-
I also do plan on making more NSFW YCH, and maybe even open NSFW regular comms. I'll see about that if comms gets rarer than i'd like. Would you guys be interested in that?
I'm also thinking of doing PWYW streams if needed. I'm still not sure about that since i'm still way to anxious / shy for these sort of things. I've been toying with that idea for a while tho.
Anyway
The goals being, me leaving in November.
The minimum i'd like to earn between now and then would be 600€, realist and minimum to pay my car insurance while i'm still here / plane tickets / first rent.
Second goal would be 1.000€ so i can have enough saving to pay an extra month of rent without fear.
I know i can do it, of course i'll need your help for this! I'll do my best to bring you the best quality art i can do in exchange of your help ♥

I am very tired so i'm sorry for possible mistakes in this journal
See i have some trouble sleeping for multiple reasons, so the past week hasnt been the best.
But mostly last night i had 4H of sleep and a lot of running around because my mom is momentarily incapacited. She cannot move anymore, cannot sit or stand up and lying down still hurts.
We went to the doctor - and did chores, more chores- so we did get medication and hopefully she'll get better soon. But for now me and my sister have to take care of her, and i also have to take care of my sister -aka drive her everywhere because she doesnt have her license yet-
Result to that i'll be slower this week commission wise.
But my mom not being able to move also means she cant work, for at least a week or maybe more. That means income will be hard this month -she's self-employed and insurance might not cover her leave, we dont know yet.-
I am NOT asking for donations of course. But please check out what i have to offer commission wise, or even give one ko-fi for a small sketch in return.
Sadly like i said, i might still be slow to answer / do your commission if you ask for one.

I've had this problem for, months, maybe 2 years even now??
Is it really a problem or am i just unlucky i honestly don't know.
At least once a month i get asked for a commission, all fine, i answer the note saying it's all good or giving more informations and end up never having an answer despite the note seems to have been opened.
SO at first i though it was someone that just, changed their mind. But it keeps happening and now i'm starting to fear there might be a problem, being without me or FA. See at first i would try to re-send a note saying that, if they didnt want the commission in the en dit was fine but i'd like to know pls thx. No answer to that either.
Does that happen a lot to you too? Do you think it is really just people changing their mind?
I'm not even mad, i'm just really confused tbh

I'm making a quick journal update just to reinforce the fact that, i am still, indeed in a small weird hiatus
I'm trying my best to get back into drawing but commissions are hard to do, drawing in general is
Art block is real and it's strong
Which is bad because h a ha m o ney, job, what, what ar e those???
SO yeah! This is to announce: I'll be very slow with art still, full commissions are on hold
Chibi commissions are still open because thats easier on me and i think thats all i can pull off right now.
Also oTHER GOOD NEWS THIS TIME:
I'll be away from March 6th to March 20th, im finally going to join my gf again so yeah!! feel good!
Also feel stressed, you know that good old social anxiety and travel anxiety and everything anxiety, so i'm like part excited part mystomachistryingtokillme stressed out
But buuuut i might still be able to draw some while im there, since i'm an idiot and i'll visit during class time, so i'll work while she's away being a good student :) hopefully :) at least that's the plan :) -I need to pay for that trip somehow :')))-
I mean i'll be away from Monster Hunter world, for hopefully more work will happen, right?
Because yeah i've been enjoying MHW a lot - tho i stopped a bit this week because u h, bad brain no fun- I'm still low rank, just took down Rathalos -Got barrage and stone trap in one hunt R I P big boy- and Diablos. I've been mostly grinding hard and running around so im not far despite my 50H of play - or at least i feel like im not as far as i could be-
Man i'm in love with this game, the only good thing about 2018 so far and did i need it.
I'm rambling
