Short Story Long version-
I don't like celebrating my birthday -at all- for a ton of reasons. But I know people like to celebrate it for me. It's turned into me telling people to just celebrate it randomly in the month, to turning into a soft-birthday thing all October long. Last year I had asked if we can get a lot of viewers in the streams for all month, and I'm gonna repeat it this year but with a twist.

End-of-journal ramblings.
This is basically the only thing I ask for every year. I put -a lot- of work updating my bots, programming new activities, helping other streamers and artists, and just generally trying to be entertaining while I'm live. I just don't like asking for anything in return To be honest even this is hard. Which is why I have to have rewards for people in return! I know I stream a lot. Far more than everyone is able to actually attend for. I get that. But hey if I'm online and you're available, it would mean a lot of you could stop by for a bit. Don't even have to say anything. I don't really have a huge corner of the internet all things considered. But it's enough to make an honest attempt at Partnership. That would be a pretty fuckin' cool gift.

After some back and forth I got a stable situation with my PC in my office. Even did a stream yesterday to see what all is working or not there :D

Howdy! Update time. My arm is thankfully mostly recovered. However I'm in the middle of unpacking, calling in some work, and organizing things. I won't be doing as much art *yet*. In the mean time I have a collection of arts that I'm putting into a schedule over the next few days. Kinda a return of sorts. Once thats all through I wouldn't expect I'm fully back yet, but it should be soon. I promise!

I'll be participating in Artfight this year! I try my best to revenge against people who attack me. Though I'll be late on the draw this year, as I close on my new house on the 1st (the same day the event starts).

Twitch has added in support to credit artists right on emotes! As well lets you give artists and creators a badge to show off in chat that they're someone that helps make the stream pretty. Because its not always emotes :D

Other updates. I have a house now! We're closing in a little over a month. I need to do some minor work to it just to make it "mine" plus actually MOVE. My arm is improved greatly from earlier but I'm likely not going to do any art stuffs until I'm moved in. Just to give myself that time on the safe side. Thank you all for being patient with me as I've gone through this whirlwind of a month <3

I'm getting into full househunting mode for myself and the roommates. As well I'm working with a physical therapist on my wrist aching. We know its not carpal tunnel at least :D

I will probably be finished moving and settles in around the middle of August. I wish I had the ability to even freaking DRAW during this time so I could have stuff to post. But I'm probably not even going to be able ot stream so I can put my focus on important things.

Not opening comms this week or next. I got invited to FalloutPlays' Day 1 raid team for Destiny 2's new expansion Witch Queen. Its going to be streamed by probably most of us in the raid on the 5th of March. However that's not related to not opening commissions this week. In fact I'm technically "done" with it (mostly-kinda). Got a few people I have to meet and help with this weekend. Last couple of weeks have been super kind to me, money wise. TLDR; Experimental extra long streams week. Multistream coming next week. New method of commissioning me.

To start off, just wanted to apologize for the nearly month of no streams and little content being made. The week that my net messed up, I also had multiple other projects fail on me. Some RIGHT at the finish line. All right before Christmas was in full swing. So I just had to take the L that life gave me and spend some time for myself and get back together. I already knew I would need to take a break, but I wished I could do so on my terms. At least I'm feelin a lot better now! And energized with some cool stuff coming up. Speaking of~

For the week of the 7th to the 11th I'm going to be experimenting with extra long streams. They will start at 10am Central Time (2hr earlier than normal) and go for 6 to 8 hours. Ending between 4pm and 6pm Central Time. I will eventually have to extend my stream length, and I want to see what that will feel like. Expect some slight format changes for these streams. There's a strong chance that I'll be working on making this a more permanent thing later this year.

Sunday the 9th at Noon Central Time Kitsuna and Miffix will be joining me in-stream for some character design challenges. Like before, I'll be randomizing a character and we'll each have an hour to make the whole fullbody. That should be a super interesting experience! Heck, last time I accidentally caused Felis to rework and draw an older species again :D

Some of you might have noticed that the Friday streams will overlap with when I open commissions. Which already is posted with little time for me to organize anything before I actually get to the stream. Leaving most Friday streams with nothing for me to draw already! Because of this, I'm going to move my commission system to a form instead of DM'ing me to claim a slot. On Fridays I'll post a journal with a link to the form to fill out. It should cover everything you're going to want and let you send me all the information I'll need. It's not a first-come-first-served system. It'll be open until I feel I have enough to work with, then close it. I want to move to this form for a lot of reasons, but a big one is to reduce on how much needless back-and-forth discussions I have with people over their commission. Genuinely, you can probably fill it out to cover almost everything you're going to need. I'll poke you personally for more information once yours is picked if I'll need anything.

Fridays will become a personal art stream where I'll just work on my stuff, my characters, or products coming up. Or if I'm really feelin it I can take spot commissions through the week in-stream for certain specials.

Long story short, I can't do any streams right now. And my work trying to fix it has drained me of so much energy. And dealing with internet issues is the max on the causes-of-anxiety list.

Slightly longer story. When I attempt to stream, my KBPS drops to roughly half of the amount I need after about 30 minutes. Then it remains unstable until I end stream. A huge part of the energy to work is in my streams, and frankly that community interaction is important to me. So I've been trying to get it to work. I've found its the network thats having problems, but even after my ISP's tech came out and I replaced my old modem I still have the problem. Even they don't know exactly whats going on. Add into this I've been trying to build a spare PC out of older parts for use in my stream setup for certain games. Well that thing has grown into me taking parts from 3 old PC's and using some spare parts I had around. Bunch of them aren't working at all. Finally got it built and powered on! But no output at all. I suspect the motherboard. But I'm just not willing to spend another afternoon taking it apart and reassembling it with a possibly bad other motherboard right now. Or the other motherboard that I have to spend a good bit of time cleaning some gunk that got into the CPU area. On top of ALL OF THIS, I had some stuff planned for Christmas time that I'm likely going to have to shelf as I don't know if I'll even be able to physically or mentally do the stuff anymore. Just... just so much, yo.

It's not all doom and gloom though. I've contacted the people on the queue right now and they're cool with waiting until I'm in a better headspace. There's an opportunity that came up that would be actually completely amazing if it goes through. Since it's still a maybe I'm not willing to talk about it yet and it would be months out anyways. Also I was able to draw one thing with a huge focus on slime details, just because that's something that helps me chill out. It's heavily lewd but it might end up here, depending how I'm feeling.
