Commission Terms of Service

Before we discuss your commission, please read all of this very carefully.
Once we have discuss all your wants for your commission and you have paid in full (not counting any extra fees there may come after I started the commission. Which will need to be paid in full before I will release the high resolution image without watermark across it.), I will start the process of creating your commission. Once the process has started there is no turning back and we are both bound by the TOS. So please make sure the terms are crystal clear with no regrets because there is NO REFUNDS.
1st term: Subject Matter
The number 1 important thing regarding your commission is what you’re having me draw. I like to work with fantasy and medieval themes, but I don’t mind doing some modern stuff as long as it’s not to spacey or high tech or gore.
I do have some issues with clothing (which I’m trying to work on), so I normal either draw them skin tight or mostly nude. If you're unsure about an outfit run it by me. I may say no but I may also offer an alternative. It's just a way to ensure I'm always putting out my best work for my commissioners.
Other things I will not draw or include in my work: Scat, Watersports, Vore, Size play, Hyper, Inflation, Cub, Incest, Macro, and other fetishes I'm forgetting. I will not draw dicks, vaginas, assholes, sex scenes.
Things I'm okay drawing: Pregnancy (as long as it's not done in a fetishy way), light bondage, sexual themed( example: pole dancing, pinning, or sitting/laying on).
If you're unsure about something else, ask.
2nd Term: Payment
I do commissions help me pay my bills for the current month, so I need to take full payment for a commission slot up front. All payments are taken via Paypal as USD.As soon as I send the invoice, you will have 48hrs to either send payment or notify me of a change in plans. I understand that sometimes things happen and Technology can be stupid, Please just keep me updated and informed. If 48hr pass and I haven't received payment or any communication from you,the slot will be forfeited and I will relist it. It could be claimed by someone else before you come back and realize it's not available for you anymore, so it helps to pay attention and not go ghost after you ask for a slot.
If you change your mind or an emergency come up and you don’t want the slot anymore please let me know as soon as possible! Shit happens, but keeping me updated help both of us from wasting each other’s time. There are many ways to contact me so there is no reason not to keep me in the loop.
3rd Term: References
Reference sheet is very important if you want me to draw your character as closer to your ideal as possible. Send me images of poses, clothing, weapons, hair, and color themes, provided they are full color and all necessary markings can be seen. If all you can give is a written description only, but your character simple with little to no details so it might be farther from your dream character.Any imagines need to be as clear and clean as possible. No crazy effects or light. Please do poses that make it easy to see any markings there might be.
4th Term: When you will get it
I work kinda fast. I start with whoever is at the top of the queue first and work my way down. Each piece is completed in about 2-5 days . I will post WIPs as I go on my Fb, instagram, Twitter, and/or TikTok. I can also email or sent them to you on discord or Fb Messenger.
5th Term: Rough Draft Approval
With me trying to get your commission to you as soon as possible, I need your approval on it within 24hrs. If I don’t hear from you after the 24hrs is up I will put your commission on hold up to 2 days after that with no contact, I am going to assume you agree with the design and continue working on the commission.Please make sure to check you inbox. If for some reason you haven’t heard from me within a few days after I agree to your commission, please reach out to me just in case there is technical difficulties such as misspelled emails address, usernames or wrong phone number. When you get your rough draft, you need to check and to make sure I've drawn your character accurately (Pose, hair, details, clothes and items). Minor adjustments are fine but major changes will require an extra 25% the price of the original piece to compensate for the extra time I'm spending to redraw it. So Please be very specific about what you want at the start of the commission.

6th Term: Satisfaction
If I've somehow missed a detail or completely left something out, please tell me right away. I can't fix the problem if you don't let me know. If there is something wrong please let me know nicely. As long as you stay polite, I will do the same. I will not take being degraded or cursed at.
If the piece is messed up and the fault is mine. I will try to fix it or redo it. I will NOT give refunds, as some people try to abuse this to get free art. If the mistake is something out of my control however, (due to improper/unclear references given or last minute changes made) I will not redo the piece or give any freebies. We can discuss the issue and decide where to go from there. Decisions are made on a case by case basis.
7th Term: Reposting and/or sharing
If you commission me, the art is yours to post and share as much as you like (I do politely ask that you give me credit for my work.) but the commission is for personal use only and NOT to be mass produced or resold unless we discussed otherwise.
In return, I also reserve the right to repost any art that contains my characters, whether it was commissioned by/for me or not.
IF you have any questions about any of my TOS, please note me or message me on any of my social media and I will do my best to answer them as quick as possible.
