Now let me tell YOU how you can get rid of those stupid NSFW Ads!
If you are on a PC, get the ad blocker extension UBlock origin, it is trustworthy and better than the other shit.
UPDATE: You can also download a text file to paste into your hosts file, if you don't want to install a browser extension. I won't provide you with any recommendations, just look it up on your search engine of choice or randomly type in URLs.
If you are on a Tablet, or a "Smart" Phone, then sorry, not sorry, you need to get a PC to gain back your freedom...
