So after fighting for 3 years, my brother passed away at 6:40pm on November 19, 2014... He was a wonderful person and the best brother I could ask for... I'm gonna miss him so much but now I know that he's not suffering anymore... I love you brother we will see u again...

So my brother is back in the hospital but this time he won't be coming back home. He has been at Fletcher Allen since 6am yesterday(11/18) morning. The docs have him on saline for fluids and morphine for the pain. At 3pm yesterday they said that he was close to leaving us, but he's hanging in there and he's gonna go on his terms not theirs. He's always been like that. I don't want him to suffer but I don't want to lose my brother cause I know I won't be able to let him go.. I have wrote a letter to my brother which I posted on my Facebook, and I would like to share it here.

First I want to say that I love you Travis! You have always been there for me and were always willing to give me the slap in the back of the head if I needed to smarten up. You've always been my role model, my idol even. I've always looked up to you not just for strength and leadership but also just cause you were 5in taller then me. So many things I've wanted to do only cause I wanted to be just like you. In high school, I wanted to go to college to be a vet only because you wanted to. Now I work at price chopper and I think it's awesome only cause you worked there. I love you big brother!!!! I will always follow you anywhere!!!!

I started a campaign on gofundme.com for my brother. As most of you know he has stage 4 melanoma. He has to go to mass at least twice a week to get treatment and he has medicine that he needs that his insurgence doesn't cover. So I'm trying to raise as much as I can for him. So it feels like I'm not even accepted by my own kind..... I think I need a fur group with no drama or anything else.... Maybe its best if I hang up my ears and tail and stop altogether.... I don't feel accepted anywhere I go... I am thankful for the Vermont furries that have made me feel accepted, but now that they don't go to meets and its just not the same.

I will always be a fur at heart but i may not show it as much anymore.

I feel the depression slipping in.... I don't feel like I'm strong enough to fight it so I might just give in..... I'll let the crimson flow an let it take me to a different state of mind.... So I was hoping to go to Vermont Comicon this Sunday. Anyone else going? Does it cost anything? Where is it?

So as most of you may not know my family has been hit hard by cancer. My grandparents on my dads side died of cancer, my grandfather died of brain cancer and my Nana died of lung cancer. My father is dealing with a kind of bone cancer in his spine, my brother is fighting melanoma and I have an aunt who is fighting lung cancer.

I wanted to raise awareness for cancer and maybe do my part to help find a cure. I'm doing Cancer Awarness picture of fursonas with the ribbon to support the cancer of their choice. The only thing I will ask for in return is that you make a donation to The American Cancer Society.

My brother is doing ok. He was sent to mass for treatments. Hopefully *crosses fingers and toes* this treatment will work for him without making him sick. I would like to try and raise money for him and the American Cancer Society. *Stands up strong* I've had to lose too many loved ones cause of this monstrosity, it's about time someone stood up and helped fund a cure! I will be putting out a couple different cancer awareness. I want to help. All proceeds from one will benifit the ACS the other for my brother. Another thing I'm doing to support a cure is that once my hair gets long enough I'm cutting the pony tail off to donate to "Locks of Love" or another association that make wigs for cancer patients. Then after I cut it I'm shaving my head in support of all the patients that lose their hair during treatments. I want to let them know that they aren't alone.

My brother is being moved to Mass general hospital in Lowell, mass... He gets moved tomorrow. God I hope nothing happens to him while he's down there... I think this move might be just for treatments but I'm not sure. Please send me your thoughts and prayers. We are gonna need a miracle...

So I was gonna work on my old story called, A LOVE STORY, but I wanted to see if there was enough interest in the story. If there is enough demand I will continue with the next chapter. So my brother, who found out he had skin cancer 2 years ago, is not improving.... He is sleeping all the time... He doesn't eat and barely drinks.... He is all skin and bones... Fletcher Allen Hospital(the hospital near me) said that if my brother falls really ill again they are sending him to Massachusetts General Hospital cause our nearby hospital can't do anymore for him.... I think that they might be just keeping him comfortable....
I don't want my brother to suffer anymore, but I know that I'm not ready to let him go.... :'(
