Help a friend's furbaby fight FIP, please!
Posted 7 months agoI know this is very much out of the blue but please, my friend needs help. His beloved Bruno the Catnight is battling FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) since he was a teeny-tiny wittle babeh, and he's following the only known treatment for it. For those who may not be familiar with this disease, it is basically Covid but for cats with only one way to fight it. Little man has been a strong warrior.
Thing is, in my country the economy is falling to pieces and my friend has been struggling HARD to keep his beloved friend alive. He even sold his recently passed away dad's guitar, his only memento left from him, in order to scrap some income. I wish to help him, if only by sharing his Ko-Fi page.
You can see pictures of Bruno and his follow up treatment in the page. My friend is very diligent with it.
Please, help me help them, even if not by economical means but by sharing this journal. In this crappy world, I know the furry community to be the strongest and solidary one. I was just wondering, would there be enough interest if I posted commission prices? The options I offer range from simple sketches starting at $10 to more complex pieces like character sheets, comic pages and fully rendered pieces.
I'd appreciate input.

Grief and update

I apologize for the lack of activity from my part. Since July 4th I've been trying to get my life together...as that day, my beloved kitten, who has been with me for almost 9 years, suddenly passed away from a very aggressive form of cancer. She's seen me through so many difficult times, it was...hard, to say the least, to make the decision and ultimately see her pass away in my arms.
She's seen me through loss and severe times of depression, being my constant companion and lifeboat. I'll always be thankful for her time with me.
I'll miss my sassy and lovely lady, whom forever shall be in my heart.
With that said, I'll be resuming my work this week, so expect updates to all my commissioners. See you soon, furballs~
