Commissions Open Again
Posted 16 years agoOk, now that I finished all the graduation things from school, I think I'm gonna take commissions again n.n
You can check prices here:
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/651191/
I usually show everybody the steps I follow to make a drawing, so they can point me out any change to the drawing before I finish it.
Also, I usually work in two commissions at a time. That way I can work in one while I wait for the answer on another.
Don't expect me to finish your commission the next day D: I'm a little lazy sometimes, I admit that x3 so it might take some time to get it done. If you want it to be done by certain date, please tell me so we can discuss it.
I accept only paypal for payment! Sorry but I dunno any other way n.n;

How would you like a full month of drawings?
Posted 16 years agowell,
bluehart is having an auction for one month worth of his drawings!
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/648763/
You can ask him to draw whatever you want, however you want, for a month. He will show it only if you want him to, etc. 30 full days of any drawing you want from him! and his art is very pretty! Go check him out! =D

Tegaki
Posted 16 years agowell, I joined Tegaki E (what does the E mean anyway?). It seems pretty interesting! and the limitations on the canvas kind of makes you come up with different ways of working. It also seems to be a lot of fun!

Here's the link, although I still don't make any entry xD

What's Graphic Design about?
Posted 17 years agoWell, last year I finished college and I'm just doing some paperwork now, however, I was thinking about the possibility of studying a second career. I was interested somewhat in design before I got into college, but I didn't decide upon it because I didn't know exactly what it was about.
So, any of you graphic designers, could tell me what kind of things do you learn, and what kind of jobs do you do? And how can you apply what you learned on your art?

It's peanut butter meme time!
Posted 17 years agoI bet you've seen this before
"Generally speaking, people tend to have a 'defining image' that comes to mind when they think of a particular artist. Maybe it's one you can relate to, maybe it's the image that first introduced you to their work, maybe you just feel it was their absolute best, so it sticks out in your mind. So whenever you think of a certain artist, this image pops to mind.
So, I am curious, which of my works comes to mind when you think or hear of me?"

I need practice
Posted 17 years agoI was cleaning my room when I found a big black bag with a bunch of old notebooks with drawings from 4 to 6 years ago, and I didn't know what to do with them.
I decided to check them out to see if there was some white pages I could save or to check if I could throw out any of them, since I used to just doodle things in them and never finish the drawing, and then later when I had randomly doodled half of the pages (wich meant that no matter where you opened the notebook you would find weird lines and floating eyes) I would buy a new one just because I liked to draw in freshly new paper.
However I realized that maybe that's why I got a lot better since then and why I haven't seen any progress for a long time, since I used to draw a lot (even though they were crappy, unfinished drawings) and now I rarely draw (usually only when I have an idea of what to draw, when I used to just draw whatever).
So, yeah, I've lost the habit of drawing and filling notebooks with doodles, which might help me more than trying to do a little "almost perfect" drawings, so I might start to do that again. On the bad side, I think I killed a lot of trees back then since some of the notebooks I found are almost empty, let's say, only like 15, 20% used. I guess I'll reuse them now.
Anyway, even though I had this kind of "revelation" (which should have been obvious to everyone but me), I still don't know what to do with all the used notebooks, since now I have around 20 notebooks full with bodies with no faces, crappy characters drawn only from the wraist up, floating eyes and heads, and maybe the ocasional almost-full-body drawing.

I think I'm gonna start taking commissions
Posted 17 years agoyeah, I'm a pathetic artist trying to make money off of his crappy art xP
Prices and examples in general are in my commission info. What do you think?
They may change a little depending on complexity I guess.
I really don't expect any people to be interested but at least they are there if anybody wants.

Homophobia is not a funny thing, and I can't believe that even some gay people discriminate agains transgender people thinking they are better than them. If you support LGBT right please repost this in your journal.
If you're straight, but support LGBT rights, please don't show another face to the world, and go out to make fun of homosexual and transgender people. That fucking annoys me.

How did you get into art?
Posted 18 years agoI was wondering, when did you start drawing/writing/etc, and how did you get interested in art?
I started drawing around 7-8 years ago, when I was in a RPing forum with a friend. She made very cool pics of some of our characters, and in those times I thought being able to draw was a gift that only a few had and impossible to get, but she started to teach me. Obviously I sucked hard XD, but I've been drawing since then.
I'm always impressed with how some lines in a flat surface can transmit so beautiful emotions =)

Taking Requests!
Posted 18 years agoI'm very unreliable when trying to draw, so I decided to try to take requests to force myself to draw something now that I'm on vacations.
For the first five people that post here, I'll make a sketch, with up to two characters =) If this goes well I will do more ok?
I can't promise backgrounds or inking XD and they will take a long while, but I will try my best to get them done.
If you want one, just post here, and send me a PM with the details. n_n
