Hey guys! Convention season approacheth and I'm out of funds halfway through a cosplay on account of some unexpected happenings. Just wanted to remind everyone that I'd be happy to take a handful of sketch commissions, which I can mail within the U.S.

Additionally, I'm still trying to sell a pair of ears and a tail that didn't quite work out on account of being fluffier than anticipated. Worn once and in perfect condition, from a pet-free and smoke-free home.

Tail is yarn by RandomFandomCreations on Etsy, ~12 inches with carabiner, golden-red mix with dark brown tip. Would suit small canine.

Hokay, I have terrible luck. First two items are impulse buys from years ago, second two are recent non-impulse buys that just haven't worked out. Some day I will actually own a nice set :( In the meantime, hoping to find good homes for these items! Paypal is ideal.

1.) A pair of grey/white/black fox ears from Pawstar. Tried on but never actually worn anywhere. Asking $15 + shipping. SOLD

2.) A REAL FUR silver/white tipped fox tail, never worn anywhere. Has a little keychain-y bead attachment thing but I would definitely reinforce it if you wanted to wear the tail or hang it off something. More or less matches the ears! Asking $5 + shipping. SOLD


3.) A pair of custom "hyena" ears, also from Pawstar. They just came out way, wayyy too fluffy for me and aren't really recognizable as the species I had in mind. Brand new, worn to one Halloween party. Asking $20 + shipping, which doesn't cover what I spent on them, but they're a little unusual so I know the audience may be limited.

4.) A 12-inch yarn "hyena" tail from Randomfandomcreations on Etsy. Again, beautifully made and an awesome rich gold/red brown color, but poofs out way too much to pass as a hyena. Would do better as a short canine tail! Comes with attached keyring and carabiner. Asking $15 + shipping.

Man, nothing feels like it's coming out right. I've done a couple of nice sketches lately that were pretty 'bleh' when finished. I feel like I'm regressing instead of improving. Whyyyyy

So I just received a pair of custom ears I ordered, and they're....fluffy. Like, REALLY fluffy. The maker suggested doing fleece on the outside and long fur on the inside because hyenas do have fuzz in their ears, which I okayed. But what I didn't expect is that the fuzz is so long you can't even tell they're supposed to be hyena ears!

I'm not sure what to do--I'm afraid they look a bit silly like this but I also don't want to mess with them because I have no idea what I'm doing. And they cost $30. And I'm a college student. Uh....thoughts?
