Hello everyone, thank you for your patience. I haven’t been able to stay active this week due to being sick with a cold. I’ve been pushing myself quite hard recently, and it finally took a toll on my health, I ended up sleeping through most of the day to recover.

I’ve made good progress and around 75% of the backlog has already been completed. Unfortunately, my internet connection has been unstable and I haven’t been able to resolve it yet.

I’m also currently dealing with a few personal matters at home, including unexpected financial responsibilities. Once I’m financially stable and able to support myself, I plan to move into my own place for a better working environment.

WIP will be distributed within this 3 days, and Im able to get back on track again.

I recently discovered Trello, and I’m planning to use it to organize my workflow better. That said, I’m juggling some commissions and dealing with spotty internet at the moment, so I’ll be updating things gradually. I’m kinda mad at myself for slipping behind, but I’m committed to turning it around.

Something weird happened on my Discord. There was this Towerborne Quest (Gift Nitro) that popped up saying you could get a Shiro mask avatar if you play this game and complete its quest, and I checked it out of curiosity bc it's new to me. Probably shouldn’t have. My account got flagged, and now some features are locked until June 16, 2025, at 6:44 AM. I’ve already changed the password and filed an appeal.

Hello everyone, I just want to apologize for going radio silent for a bit. Real life’s been keeping me on my toes, and to make matters worse, the internet’s been down in my area because of a landline issue—yeah, it's been a pain.

The past few months have been incredibly challenging for me. I’ve been battling the effects of PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), which has brought about some unexpected complications. I recently had to stay in the hospital and have been confined to my home because sitting for extended periods has become unbearable due to severe back pain. Additionally, my iron deficiency has left me experiencing excessive dizziness and fatigue, making it difficult to focus or work for long hours.

I don’t want you to worry, as I’ve been receiving tremendous support from my family, who have been taking care of me during this difficult time. I’ve also started medication and a strict diet to aid my recovery, though managing cravings and mood swings—hallmarks of PCOS—has been quite a journey. I’m happy to share that I’m now slowly getting back on my feet, albeit with a need to pace myself. I can work again, but only for shorter periods (3 to 4 hrs.) as I regain my strength. Hello, I wanted to share a quick update. As the title says, my work might be a bit slow because my cat got a little too playful and punctured my middle finger near the nail with her claw. It feels like a sharp needle, and the pain has spread to about half of the finger. It’s quite sore, and typing has been really uncomfortable, not to mention it's started to swell. I'm considering posting about this client to raise awareness, particularly for artists who might encounter him. He AB’d two of my adoptables, Zoroark Amaterasu and Miko Scolipede, back in June, offering to pay $350 to $400 and requesting to hold both until August.

On June 20th, I asked for his permission to resell the Scolipede, assuring him that I would still honor his claim on the Amaterasu Zoroark. He agreed, and that was the end of the Scolipede discussion. Later, when I contacted him about the Zoroark I’d been holding for two months, things started to unravel.

The client's attitude changed drastically—he became rude, sarcastic, and even gaslighted me. He suddenly stated that he didn’t want to pay in USD anymore and preferred to offer art instead since our communication was now off-site, like on Discord.

I tried to explain that I was simply following the site’s rules and my TOS, but he kept insisting on his terms, which raised a red flag. It became clear to me that he was trying to complicate the situation to avoid payment.

Even though he eventually apologized and suggested we continue working together, the entire interaction felt off. I decided not to proceed, as it seemed like he was only making the offer under pressure.

As our conversation came to a close, his demeanor was overconfident, sarcastic, and arrogant—almost as if he was proud of the way he had manipulated the situation. Being a streamer or a client does not give anyone the right to treat smaller artists poorly.

His behavior left me feeling uneasy. You can’t just decide to create your own payment methods and offer art as a substitute for USD. If you bid in USD, you should pay in USD.

Even though we communicated off-site, the agreement about the adoptable remains unchanged. This client tried to force me to accept art as payment because he never intended to pay the money he owed.

He knew exactly what the situation was, yet he continued to push his terms, which I couldn’t accept. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Now, I’m forced to re-auction the adoptable I held for two months because this client never planned to pay. It’s disappointing, to say the least. His apology felt insincere, and he continued to argue with me.

I’m planning to post about all of this on X with Screenshot of our conversation My intention isn’t to cause drama but to raise awareness that this client offered art as payment instead of USD, which is against our agreement and the site’s rules.

Pre-set holds are holds on adoptables with a pre-set price. It has a limit of 5 days, and requires a deadline. Meaning that you need to give me the exact day you'll be able to pay that needs to be within the 3 days time limit. Payment info will be sent with my approval of the hold.

- Hold needs $100 - $150 downpayment.
- I can't accept $50 weekly due to transfer and cash-out/PayPal fees.
- The claim is asking for an adoptable and receiving my approval. You'll have 24 hours to send the payment, be it through Paypal.
- If the payment is not sent within that time frame, I'll note/contact you, telling you that the adoptable will be released 24 hours
- Payment due in one month.
- Holds are valid only once, no re-holding or extending the hold time.
- Holds will get a PM/note to alert the adopter that the adoptable will be released, but no, it doesn't give you an extra day.
- Adopters that fail to respect the time limit of my holds will be put on a blacklist list and won't be allowed holds anymore and claims will be timed 8 hours.
- I only send the files after the payment or reach the price of tiers.

Payment Plans
- 2-3 Week AB Payment Plans Accepted.
Paypal transfers require two kinds of fees; one is variable and based on the amount of money transferred (so this one doesn't change if you make one or one hundred transfers) and one is fixed and it's the same amount for every transfer. So more payments = more fees. To avoid this, I generally don't accept multiple transfers but will instead prefer a single one, maybe at a later date. I do not accept payment plans under 100USD. Also, if using a payment plan, no more than 10 days need to pass between one transfer and the others.


Difference between CLAIM and HOLDS
Claim and holds are not the same thing, and follow different rules. When you ask 'can I buy the character', you're making a claim so you need to follow claim rules, 'can you put this character on hold until ...' lets you follow the hold rules. Be careful about how you phrase your wish to have a character because claims and holds have different rules.

once you adopt (buy) the character design, it becomes your oc! you can use it for roleplaying, cosplaying, getting commissioned art, etc.
after i receive your payment, you will receive ownership and an unwatermarked + high res artwork of the character design along with a watermarked version to post online.
Purchasing an adoptable from me automatically means that you agree to these terms.

- Do not heavily reference/copy my designs for your own! I make points off of these designs,
so if you want it just buy it! i'd rather not see you copy it exactly.
- Do not resell my adopts for more than you bought it. Do not sell it for art, either.
- Dont use my art/designs to promote bigotry.
- Making NFT's out of any of my works is prohibited. (This also applies to works with a commercial license)

- Expressing hate with adoptables.
- Creating designs of species without my permission.
- Getting commissions or drawing an adoptable YOU CLAIM AS YOURS when it has not been paid or has an owner.
- Harassment of any kind to get adoptables from me or someone who has already bought.


🟧PERMISSION AND COPYRIGHT🟧
- Promote myself with the adoptable.
- Post on other websites.
- You may redesign the character as you wish.
- All adopts are non commercial by default. If you need an adopt for commercial purposes, this can be disscussed with me, but a fee will be involved. This fee can be of 1x to 2x the price of the adopt, according to case.
- No one (including the buyer) is allowed to edit/modify the original art, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the character and artworks for advertising. All characters and artworks are for personal use only, unless discussed with me beforehand.
- If the original artwork is going to be posted on another website, a direct link to my page is required.
- You may not resell the adopt for more than the price you bought it for. (Unless you bought extra art, but keep it reasonable)
- I may use the artwork in my portfolio/to promote my art.
- I may publish my work in my portfolio and on various social networking sites as my achievements.
- I'm not responsible for any problems or disputes that may arise from the use of the illustrations.
