All stories and characters are copyrighted and properly stored in a secure folder outside of any website.

1. CONDUCT
•Please behave respectfully in comments, notes, or messages.
•Do not make offensive, transphobic, racist, sexist, or any type of prejudice or bullying comments.
•Do not insist on forced friendships. I appreciate friendships, but if I don't want them, don't insist.
•Do not ask to sell or trade characters or art that are not available.
•Do not insist that I buy characters or services.
•Avoid sending spam and unsolicited advertisements.

2. USE OF CHARACTERS
All my characters are my exclusive intellectual property, even if they are inspired by or referenced by other characters.
>YOU MAY NOT
•Use my characters without my permission for RPs, icons, or any other use.
•Plagiarize, heavily draw inspiration, or copy the design, even with minor changes.
•Use my characters for AI, NFTs, NSFW, or commercial purposes.
•Claim the character as your own.
•Accuse my characters of being plagiarized. They are inspired or referenced, never plagiarized.
•Kill or injure my characters (unless otherwise agreed upon between us).
•Make rude or cruel comments about the characters' sexuality, preferences, or stories. (The characters' thoughts and stories are not the same as mine; they are for creative and story purposes only.)
•Any content about my characters must be friendly, without extremely violent art, gore, strong sexual content, fetishes, bizarreness, or anything of the sort.

Characters must be properly credited; I'd also appreciate it if you tagged me.
• Make non-profit fanart.
• Make non-profit fanfics
• Gift a character's artwork.
• Create ships: character X character or OC X character. If the other OC belongs to someone else, they must also have given permission.

3. USE OF MY ART
>YOU MAY NOT
• Repost or use my art without my permission (reposts with credits still require my authorization).
• Use my art without my permission, such as: Avatars, banners, thumbnails, icons, F2U or P2U images, bases, etc.
• Use my art as material for AI, NFTs, NSFWs, or commercial purposes.
• Copy, draw, or trace my art.

4. USE OF MY STORIES
•All text, scripts, and character descriptions are my own and may not be copied, adapted, or published elsewhere without my permission.
•Any reposts must be properly credited.
•Do not alter the content of my story without my permission. Do not edit speech bubbles, text, or artwork to make jokes or create alternative versions.

5. COMMISSIONS, ADOPTABLES, AND CUSTOMIZATIONS
•NO REFUNDS for completed artwork.
•Refunds may be discussed for incomplete artwork, but I reserve the right to deny them.
•Do not request edits after completion.
•Reselling my characters for more than you paid for them is prohibited unless you have additional artwork.
•Any resold characters must have their new owner announced to me. •Any commission or art exchange is for the client's use. They can use the drawing anywhere, but I retain the copyright unless otherwise agreed.
•Any commission or art exchange may only be reposted by the client on the following sites: ToyHouse, DeviantArt, Tumblr, Twitter ou qualquer plataforma que não seja o Facebook ou Instagramwith due credit.

7. REFERENCES FOR MY ART
•Some of my drawings are taken from free photos available on the internet, but all are properly credited with a link to the original image.
•Please do not send me comments complaining that my art was traced from a photo, or that it is uncredited.
