Over the past two years, I've kept radio silence.
I have lost the majority of my family in this time, ontop of my job and many friends.
Writing no longer had any drive for me, as nothing I wrote ever gained any traction
and the comments only got nastier and nastier. Having nothing going for me in my
outside life, I had hoped to achieve recognition and appreciation here, which is why
I dedicated so much effort and attention on miniscule and silly things.
Looking back to what I wrote for what reasons, I regret much of it. Had I continued,
it would have put me on a downwards spiral morally and health-wise. This is why,
as some who followed me years ago may notice, I have cleaned out over 300 items.
I miss writing. I miss being part of a community. But I am not going back to being a
serial-smut-writer desperate for pats on the head from strangers.
There will be no weekly schedule or set dates for uploads, nor will I limit myself to
just fetish material. I will also refrain from adding journal updates unless they fill a
purpose like this, as every ounce of myself I share is likely to be used for mockery.
For those still just out for wank-material, there will be NSFW items. I will still write
some vore on and off, as I still firmly believe it to be a great tool of horror-crafting
and story-telling in general. But it will no longer be my focus.
I'll write what I feel like because I -want- to write it, from now on. And, hopefully,
a few years down the line it might bless me with a small following of people who
like me for my ideas and stories, rather than for my smut and insecurities.
So yeah. That is my goal for now.
I do plan on opening up commissions again in the near future, but I will be rather
strict regarding both accepted concepts and means of payment. Paypal being...
well... Paypal, these days...
Other than that... not much to say. Happy new year, fuck 2020, here's to tomorrow.
