#COPPA Cartoons and Animation are not just for kids anymore (just look at Animated TV shows for Adults like South Park, Family Guy, Rick & Morty, and more), and the new COPPA Rule will just make things worst on YouTube for everyone.

I also think that making Video Creators face COPPA fines of $42,530 per video is outrageous, and COPPA's regulation and definition of “child-directed” is vague. The FTC needs to give creators more enforcement clarity.
