My thoughts on COPPA

General
#COPPA Cartoons and Animation are not just for kids anymore (just look at Animated TV shows for Adults like South Park, Family Guy, Rick & Morty, and more), and the new COPPA Rule will just make things worst on YouTube for everyone.
I also think that making Video Creators face COPPA fines of $42,530 per video is outrageous, and COPPA's regulation and definition of “child-directed” is vague. The FTC needs to give creators more enforcement clarity.

Quite silly. While early animated cartoon were made to deal with a "general audience" the humor was largely aimed at adults. And the best of the best, were when the animators tried to out-do each other - it was for THEM even more than John (and Jane) Q. Public. And then there's the Pvt Snafu shorts...
