TOS (ESP):
-Se empezara el trabajo con el 50% del pago, se deberá liquidar el total para asi poder entregar la pieza. En caso que no se liquide el total de la comisión, el artista esta en todo el derecho de no entregar la pieza si no esta pagada al 100%.
-Se requiere que el cliente tenga la idea clara y solida al momento que llegue su turno para su comisión.
-Se enviaran wips en cada uno de los pasos.
-Se podrá hacer cambios necesarios antes de que se inicie el lineart, a partir del lineart para un cambio tendrá un costo $5 USD.
-Se requiere de una referencia en una buena resolución; si no cuentas con una, bastante especifico con el personaje.
-El artista puede tomar mas tiempo de lo estimado para terminar la comisión, por razones validad problemas de salud y cuestiones bastante personales.
-No dibujo NSFW, Baby Furs, Weird Fetishes, Vore, temas controversiales o en contra de las creencias religiosas y políticas del artista.
-Dibujo Pin-up
-No existe devoluciones cuando el trabajo esta iniciado
-Para evitar conflictos con los pagos como posibles estafas, cargos o devoluciones, debe mandarse un recibo vía Paypal. De lo contrario se llevara un registro de screenshots.
-Al terminar la comisión esta se entregara en alta resolución vía correo electrónico, y se le preguntara al cliente si esta puede ser publicada en las redes sociales del artista.
-En caso del que el cliente apresura mediante amenazas o insultos, el artista esta en todo derecho de ponerlo en la lista negra.

-Al momento en el que el cliente comisione al artista, este esta de acuerdo con todos los puntos presentados en este TOS.

TOS (ENG):
