PAYPAL COMMISSION
Since i'm not an US citizen, paypal charge all my invoice with a percent of the money you sent me, so, I add that amount as an extra on the invoice to receive the exact price of my comms.

T.O.S

GENERAL
- I can upload your drawing to my pages unless the client requests to be private before finishing the work.
- I can do sfw and nsfw.
- References are required.
- I can design the oc from the start, only if the customer give me all the info about how they want the character to look.
- I can reject a request if I feel unconfortable with the idea or the customer.

PAYMENTS
- I'll start your comm when I receive the payment.
- I do not accept refounds.
- The price is not the final one, when I'll sent you the invoice I'll add a quote according to the information provided by the client.
- Special prices are only for commissions about 4 or more characters.

REVISIONS
- You can ask me for 3 revisions during the sketch phase.
- I can do minor changes in the final art.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
My times for work are: 1 or 2 day for sketch, 1 or 2 day for lineart/base color, 7 days or more for shadows (max 1-2 months)
If you want your comm for a certain time you need to tell me at the beggining, Commissions with a closer deadline can cost 50% of the fee.
I can sent the final file by sta.sh, email or discord.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- You can upload my work, and no need to give me credit.
- All the commissions are only for personal use.
- Commercial use have an extra charge (50%)
- You can't re sell my art, and don't edit or use as a base/ych.
- You CAN'T use my art on IA or NFTs.
