What are things you make for lunch regularly, how do seasons impact it, and what your "treat" lunch would look like?
I ask as I have recently over-souped myself and now the thought of having any turns my tummy immediately, so I'm now on a panini related high. Inevitably I will reach a point I can no longer stand the sight of one, but at present they are top of my list hahahaha
