You, the client, must be the age of majority in your specified country (18 year old age Minimum, No Exceptions) or older to commission Concupiscence for a NSFW piece ; any piece featuring nudity, and/or sexual acts. Therefore, you, the client, agree to pay through authorized methods of payment, such as Paypal or Fiverr, where you must verify your identity in order to pay for an Adult Themed commission

GENERAL ART PROPOSAL
--

Concupiscence agrees to create an art piece for the client that ranges from Traditional Artwork to Digital Artwork ; Sketch Work to Full Art Pieces. Concupiscence also reserves the right to refuse projects for any reason thereof.

SUBJECT MATTER
--

No plagiarized subject matter
18+ age minimum for NSFW, if you are under the age of 18 you are forbidden to spread, interact with, and view my NSFW art
Due to this, Concupiscence reserves the right to terminate the commission for any reason

WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE ART SUBJECTS
--

The client understands that Concupiscence reserves the right to decide what commission is acceptable. Concupiscence reserves the right to stop the commission if they feel the subject matter has gone too far.

Acceptable Examples:

Minor Inflation
Oviposition
Stomach bulge
Soft Vore
Micro/Macro
Monsters (Must be able to consent, give consent. If it cannot understand sex as well as the implications and lasting effects of sexual conduct, it cannot be featured. In Summary, It MUST have the mind of a consenting ADULT)

BLACKLISTED ART SUBJECTS

Discriminatory / Hateful Material
Copyrighted Characters
Copied / referenced work from other artists without explicit and proven permission from original artist
Sexual conduct with minors/minor-passing characters/non-anthropomorphic animals/non-consenting beings
Sexual conduct featuring items meant to be used by minors, such as:
ABDL ; Diaper Use ; Infantilism
Children's Toys

Concupiscence understands that the elderly and disabled use Diapers and still blacklists Diapers as an art subject.

Extreme Kinks such as:
Scat
Waterworks
Extreme Inflation
Extreme Bulging
Incest
Gore

PAYMENT
--

The client agrees to send the payment within 24 hours of receiving their commission contract through the provided means of transaction:
-Fiverr
-Paypal

The client understands that by sending payment, they are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

TIMEFRAME
--

The client understands that finished work will arrive from 2 weeks to a month due to possible queue length.

WIP SNAPSHOTS
--

The Client understands that Concupiscence will send a work in progress snapshot within 2 days, as well as progression snapshots throughout the commission duration, with no specific day of posting.

ADJUSTMENTS
--

The client understands that requesting major adjustments after the piece has been completed will result in a fee of 30% of the total price tendered.
Major Adjustments Examples include:
Changing clothing, changing horn style, changing hair, changing large amounts of color
Minor Adjustments will not result in a fee
Concupiscence requests that the client ask for adjustments during the duration of the commission and will send work in progress snapshots to ensure accuracy.

CANCELLING ; KILL POLICY
--

The Client understands that concupiscence can cancel a commission for any reason
The Client understands that concupiscence will give a full refund if the client cancels the commission before the first work in progress picture is given.
After the first Work in Progress picture is received, the client will receive a kill fee of 10-20%
After 20-50% is done, the client will receive a kill fee of 20-50% depending on status of the commission.
If the commission is past 55% done, there will be no refunds.

The Kill Fee is deducted from the full cost of the image after payment is tendered

Do not redistribute, claim, copy, edit, or use my art in any way.
My artwork is copyright to me, and the artists whose bases I may have used. You are not allowed to use my artwork by any means without my permission!
Only the commissioner of a piece of artwork may re-upload the work.
The commissioner may also, if desired, use the work as part of a ref or crop it for an icon.
You are not allowed to edit my art in any way!
You must always credit me when re-posting or using any of my art!
You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement!

Violations to this Terms and Conditions Agreement will result in permanent blacklist.
