What's up? The name's Julian. I'm a Vampire Bat from North Carolina, USA. Just a basic 30 something year old guy who loves a variety of different topics and hobbies, Feel free to drop me a note on here or on telegram if you want to get to know each other :) Please note, I am a highly emotionally sensitive person, so I may be affectionate and huggy when we meet.

 ~THINGS I AM INTERESTED IN~ 



Classic Monster Movies - That's right, I love love LOVE monster movies. I don't mean the stupid ones where all it is, is just constant guts and gore. I like the old ones. I collect them on VHS mostly, just because I grew up using VHS. I also collect original movie posters, both English and Foreign. 



80's/90's/2000's Cartoons - I am a major fan of animation. I grew up with such classics as Ed Edd n Eddy, Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, The Powerpuff Girls, and so on. I also like some of the Cartoons that had their air time before I was born, like He-man, She-ra, Bravestarr, Blackstar, Street Sharks, and many more. If you like this kinda stuff, you're pretty cool in my book! 



Traveling! My husband and I love to pack our bags and hit the road as often as our time (and wallet) allows! Whether it be a weekend trip to the state next door, or across the sea, we love love LOVE to travel together~ 



Marine Biology, specifically Sharks and Whales, but I am a major ocean lover at heart. 



Paleontology - I originally went to college to study Paleo-science. That's the study of prehistoric life. Not just dinosaurs, but plants, mammals, sea creatures, you name it! I instead got a business degree, but I still have a deep love for the prehistoric earth! 



Shark Tooth Collecting/Hunting - Basing that off my love for paleontology, I'm a shark lover, and tooth hunting and collecting is another one of my insanely vast amount of...things I collect! I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM!! o~o 



Cryptozoology - This is the study of animals that have not been proven to exist by scientific means. Examples include the Loch Ness monster, Aliens and UFOs, Bigfoot, and things like that. It's just a generally interesting thing for me. 



 The Titanic - I find the history of the Titanic to be extremely interesting and sad, I love reading about it and watching documentaries. This is an interest I got from my mom, who has also always been very interested in the disaster. I find ship wrecks interesting as well with the famous Edmund Fitzgerald, Lusitania, USS Indianapolis and many coming to mind! 



Natural Sciences - I really find biology interesting in general. Some of my favorite subjects are Mycology (The study of fungus/mushrooms), Entomology (The study of insects), and Ecology (The study of the environment/ecosystems). I'm a big nerd when it comes to that stuff~



I'm sure there's many many more, but if I added every single thing I love to this list, it would be like 578493023948 pages long, and you guys would get bored reading it. Heck you might already be xD

Upcoming Travel Plans (G)

Hey all.

For those of you who know me fairly well, you may have noticed I haven't been super active on ANY social media, telegram, discord etc. I'm still around! But.. Well, I haven't been doing too well lately. In fact, I have hit a WALL of some of the worst depression and negative thoughts I have ever felt. I've been going days and days at a time without really saying...anything (apart from what is required at work). Well, I made a new years resolution to myself. I love to travel, A LOT, and I HATE sitting around at home all the time, so I'm gonna get out more, and that hopefully will help pull me out of this SLUMP. I have planned a lot in advance, and here's some info on my travels coming up.

In 2026, I will definitely be attending these cons (unless some crazy emergency happens).

Also, because I am a major ocean lover and shark tooth hunter, I decided to take my husband and our friend to the following places as well.

Myrtle Beach, SC
Virginia Beach, VA
Topsail Island, NC

So that's gonna be fun. I love love LOVE the beach, and 2 of those beaches are great for hunting teeth!

And what I'm most excited about is that in early 2027, I will again be taking an INTERNATIONAL trip, those are my favorite!!

Me, Idris, and our bestie deer friend Rustic Deer will be traveling to the following countries

Honduras
Belize

I'm super excited for those! My wallet is on life support at the moment, but it'll be okay. It'll be worth it. I'm really looking forward to it.
