OK the reason his name is Flop is not because he is a flop such as in bad performance, but his name is Flop because he is soooooooo super super hyper flexible that any time he throws his legs behind his head or back or wherever, his legs flop and bounce up and down a few times off his shoulder. Usually signifying that he has a lot more slack in his legs. Even when he has his foot around his back and under his armpit. He is soooo loose and flexible, he'll even let you play around with his legs like a stuffed animal.
