The house was determined to be in such disrepair that fixing it would cost as much as just getting a new one.
House was Demolished.
Trailer was purchased.
New well drilled.
New Septic installed.
New Pad built for Trailer.
Trailer moved onto new pad.
Telephone Pole installed.
Electric system connected to meter housing on pole.
Just waiting for the power company to run the wires to the pole from the main line, and the plumbers to finish setting up the water and septic lines.
With any luck, I should be able to move into the new trailer by the end of next week.
