How Do I Get More Followers, Views and Faves Here?

So I've joined FA since June during the summer, I try improving my art style as I can, but the real question is how can I get more followers, viewers and faves quicker here? Since usually, my artwork mostly get noticed and recognized on DA (DeviantArt) and looks like my art is somehow easy to find on there. And I always wonder how do other people here on FA grow more followers?
And I'll try to upload more artwork here if that's the case, but will that work?
