What you can do once you receive your finished commission.
I retain the rights to the art and may do whatever I wish with it,
you have the rights to your character and unwatermarked image
If you are not sure whether or not something is allowed, please do not hesitate to send me a message or email.
Please note commercial rights are never included in my art, if you wish to obtain commercial rights it will be x2 or more of the price.
Please note I do not under any condition sell to minors.

YOU MAY NOT:
ଘ♡ Claim commissioned art as your own
ଘ♡ Resell any component of the art in any way
ଘ♡ Repost/distribute without full credit
ଘ♡ Generate any sort of income or money with the commissioned piece
ଘ♡ Use for advertising
ଘ♡ NEVER USE MY ART TO CREATE NFT'S.


YOU MAY:
ଘ♡ Use for personal purposes (ie. wall decorations, web space decorating, printing for self)
ଘ♡ Distribute for non-profit with full credit (ie. printing as a gift, share on social medias)
ଘ♡ Create minor changes (ie. making banners, background wallpapers) ***Check with me first

Making Changes
ଘ♡ If I have made an error that is entirely my fault (Ie. wrong colours/clothes due to my negligence), I will fix it free of charge
ଘ♡ If the error I have made is due to poor reference photos/description, then I may or may not fix it (will include a fee)
ଘ♡ If you wish for a minor change (ie. added ornaments, slight colour changes, etc) I may or may not include a fee
ଘ♡ If you wish for a major change (ie. changing outfits, backgrounds, etc) there will be a fee.
ଘ♡ If the change wanted is too great or if I am unable to do so, I may not edit the drawing.

Full Credit
Full credit must be given when reuploading a commissioned art
Uploading to DA:
ଘ♡ Tag me in the description using these words (minus the "/" mark):
"Commissioned art by @/haruyuun

Uploading to any other site:
ଘ♡ paste this into a caption, description, or any other easily visible text place:
"Commissioned art by Haruyuun"

I have the right to turn down a commission
All commissioned art will be uploaded to Deviant Art. If you'd prefer not, refer to "Additional Info"
Commissioned art belongs to me. Proper credit will be given to owner of character

Please read this section carefully
By commissioning me, you have read and accepted all terms and agreements.
You will follow my policy, only use commissioned art for private use,
and credit me, Haruyuun

If you file a chargeback of points or paypal, I will take back any art you have commissioned from me,
place you on my blacklist so that you may never request or commission me again,
and publically post your username and accounts so that others can be wary of you.
I will have the rights to sell your commissioned art to other buyers.

Commission prices are base prices.
Additives will increase the price. Increase can be negotiable.

Some factors that may raise the price:

Information on payment details and expected deadlines
ଘ♡ Payment sent without my consent will be received as donation

ଘ♡ I will not start a commission before receving full payment

ଘ♡ A commission can take a few weeks to a couple of months depending on life, details, and commission type. Please respect the fact that I have other things to do outside of art..
ଘ♡ If you have a specific deadline, send me a note and we can discuss prices.
ଘ♡ If I note / message you regarding your commission , adopt or anything in that matter and you do not respond with in one month I will discontinue working on your commission with no refund. This is so I won't be further delayed with my to do list.

Information regarding paying via paypal

You will confirm your order. By sending the payment, you have read and accepted all of my terms and agreements.
All fees have been included in the EURO prices, you do not have to pay extra.
If I am working on your commission, I may ask you many questions so being active once per day will allow the process to move faster.

Fees
Fees can be added in various situations. They are not negotiable.

Refunding
I'll only refund you in case I can not finish your commission.
If you request a refund I either will:
a) Decline
b) Refund you and blacklist you.

Deactivation
Information of what will happen if you deactivate while I am working on your commission
If you deactivate for any reason, please let me know and provide me an email address to discuss details and to send the final product.
If you fail to do this and I find that you have deactivated, I may drop your commission entirely and no refund will be given.
I will put the commission on hold for up to one week, depending on how much I have finished, and if you reactivate
or create a new account within that time period, send me a note stating your reactivation and I will continue the commission.

If the commission was close to completion, I may finish it just because I want to.

What will happen if I finish your commission even after deactivation

ଘ♡ I will upload it like any other commission (unless otherwise specified)
ଘ♡I will tag your username despite deactivation to credit
ଘ♡ If you reactivate, or if you contact me via email, you may claim the commission

General adopt tos
ଘ♡ Commercial use is NOT included. It will be x2 the price.
ଘ♡ All payments through paypal only, unless otherwise discussed.
ଘ♡ Once paid I will give you the full unwatermarked file + version w/o background.
ଘ♡ You may not sell the adoptable for a higher price than you've paid for. (Added art counts, even if you drew it or it was a gift. Art is art afterall).
ଘ♡ You must always credit me for the design. This includes Toyhou.se
ଘ♡ Do not claim the design as your own.
ଘ♡ No refunds will be given once purchased.
ଘ♡ You may always give them minor changes, change the gender or give them additional outfits.
ଘ♡ Backing out of payments / applying for a charge back will get you blacklisted.
ଘ♡ If a design of mine is traded to you, you may not sell it unless you've added art to it.
ଘ♡ NFT'S ARE NEVER ALLOWED.
