First dump so here we go.

So my head cannon involves multiversal shenanigans which Heelix is a part of. Basically the multiverse is made of any and all creative works from real life eg. stories, universes, OCs etc. basically if it exists it’s there. Everything exists in its own little universe but sometimes they can share “assets” (characters, settings, you get the idea) these are known as “crossovers”. Another thing is that every universe is alive and can change themselves at will. Their assets can also be used to defend themselves in case another universe performs a crossover to consume the other.

Basically universes are born and they can die out with some consuming others to extend their own existence at the cost of ending another. Some get greedy or just kill for “fun” which is my head cannon explanation for why Little Timmy’s OC never saw the light of day. The universe it was in (small as it was) either died out or was consumed. They’re also fueled by energy, whether creative or literal energy they need it to exists or else they fizzle.

I just realize how stupid and cringe this sounds but this is MY imagination and I can do with it as I please.

And heavy inspiration from Serathin ‘s timeline shenanigans in some of his stories. (Which also introduced me to some characters that I might have liberated some design choices from 👀)
