Art always goes up on both right away. Discord has a stream notifications channel.
Telegram is also the only place I post thumbnails and works in progress if you're curious about behind-the-scenes content.

I'm also considering making a channel for commission openings on over my Discord server but I won't know for sure till I'm there haha
