IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE ART PLEASE DO NOT PANIC, WHEN THE ROUND CLOSES I MAKE A BLACKLIST OF PEOPLE WHO DID NOT TURN IN AND THEN PUT USERS LEFT OUT UP FOR ADOPTION, THIS GROUP IS GREAT ABOUT ADOPTING MEMBERS!!!!!! I know it's normal to worry but when going through notes and messages and trying to organize closing a round while starting another one it's just extra work to reply to people who are worried they won't get art. YOU WILL!!!! I promise, if your adopter flakes out and I can't find a second one I will draw the piece myself.

This community offers monthly exchange of icons for those who sign up for the round.
Read about icons here: if you are confused. Icons are a 100x100 image of a character usually used as an avatar. You may draw your recipient a larger version like 400x400 etc but you must provide them with a 100px version as well. Icons can be animated, Static, Black, and white, etc.


How it works:
You sign up on the journal posted every month for a new round, it's set up like a secret Santa exchange. Just fill out the form posted, it's pretty simple. Note the active mod(s) if you have questions.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU SIGN UP YOU MUST DRAW FOR THE PERSON WHO YOU ARE ASSIGNED. DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU CANNOT CREATE A BADGE IN THE MONTH (sometimes less by a week) TIMEFRAME!

Rules:

1.) DRAW IF YOU SIGN UP!

2.) There is NO grace period. When the round is over your art is due. YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED, THERE IS NO EXCUSE!

3.) Please do not rush your art. Draw as if you would like to be drawn! While every skill level is welcomed here, we encourage you to do your best work. If you do receive a badge that you believe is subpar, please note this account and we will look into it. If the icon is, in fact, of low quality, the artist will be asked to redraw it. Please note "low quality" means low quality compared to the artist's other work. If a beginner artist tried their best and you feel ripped off you should not have joined a group that allowed all skill levels.

4.)If you do not intendt to do a full icon do not join as it's unfair to the other members. This includes only making sketches, not putting effort in coloring the icon, MS paint scribbles and the like. If you do not put effort into the icon you will be banned from the group. We expect you to do the best to your ability, if you cannot do your best work or do not have time please refrain from joining.

5.) The maximum rating of badges in this exchange community is R. In signups, users will be asked what the maximum rating they would like their badge to be. You are not required to draw beyond your own maximum rating ability or want.

6.) When a person fails to turn in art, the person who gets left out will be posted on an adoption list. The person who adopted them will get 2 weeks to finish the art, there is no penalty for not finishing adopted work but if it's not done in 2 weeks another person who offered to adopt will be given the chance to do the art, this is to help get art to the people left out as soon as possible.

7.) If you fail to turn in and you do not receive your art you will not be adopted out UNTIL your work is turned in, then you will be added to the adoption list.

8.) When signing up, please refrain from signing up for the next round UNTIL AFTER you turned in art for the currently running round. We as staff will make sure people signed up are turned in for the previous round before we add names to the generator but we'd love you to make this slightly easier on us.

9.) If you are caught using a new account to join in while being blacklisted in another account you will be banned immediately with no ability to rejoin ever and your chosen will be instantly adopted out or drawn by a staff member, you will also be reported to staff of Furaffinity as a scammer.

10.) HUMANS! Human characters may be posted but please also post an animal/furry character as well to give those who are not comfortable enough draw humans the option to draw one of your other characters.

10.2) ROBOTS!!! Again another type of creature people may have issues with, if possible please provide a animal/furry character for those unable to draw robots.

11.) While sending out your badge is nice, it is not required! If the artist cannot afford to send out your badge and you'd like the physical copy you can always offer to pay printing/shipping charges.

12.) DO NOT refer to icons done in this group as "free art" or "gift art" this is not true. Everyone does their best work and everyone gets an icon, you are not doing work without receiving something in return unless you're a generous person adopting someone. Referring to such in our group makes the admin and other users uncomfortable as we feel that you think the work you are receiving is unappreciated.

13.) Purchased or free pre-made bases will not be allowed for Icons as it ruins the "original" feeling of the badges.
