A:To install Gimp brushes in windows
place your brushes at this path.
C:/program files/Gimp2.0/share/gimp/2.0/brushes
Then when you start up GIMP, it will find these new brushes, and you can use them with the brush or pencil tools.

1. downloaded the .abr file

2.Put the .abr file you've downloaded into the folder /Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS3/Presets/Brushes (on mac OS X) or C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop/Presets/Brushes (on Windows)

3. Go into Photoshop, select the brush tool and click the downward facing arrow at the top of the window next to the preview of the brush you are using.

4.Click the little arrow facing right at the top right hand corner of the drop-down box, select "Load Brushes..." and then select the brush(es) you wish to use.
