A fight broke out between the youngest and oldest cats, resulting in older cat being hit in teeth and writhing in pain, subsequently unable to drink or eat properly whole day. My examination revealed that his molar is loose and bleeding. Since all our cats are strays (except for three that were born in our house but are also considered strays), older cat's teeth were in such poor condition that brushing them was of little or no use.

We urgently made an appointment at a veterinary clinic in the nearest town (I personally see a hermit lifestyle, so I live 100+ km from the nearest civilization).
I won't forward or translate all the messages, so I'll just point out the most recent and important ones:

Everything went well, toothless cat is fine!
He tolerated anesthesia well, even though he was handed to me while still asleep due to our situation.
This poor guy had four back molars and one middle tooth extracted. During surgery, a benign tumor was found on his jaw and removed as well.

His blood tests came back excellent, despite his age, and even better than those of younger cats! The only thing we suspect is leukemia. We paid to have his DNA sent to Moscow for testing, so we'll know the results soon.

He's feeling great, and for the first time in his life, I've seen him so happy!! Apparently, living in constant pain made him so angry, my poor little thing. (っ╥_╥)ﾉ(=`ω´=)

Today I gave him his last injections of painkiller, so now I don't have to monitor him 24/7
