A year without the mood or energy to make artwork, dealing with pressures and conflicts in personal life, and 'a newfound addiction'.

It's been a year of hiatus, both here on FA and some other social platforms. But here I am, finally making a return and will be doing the same for other platforms that I used to be active. To anyone asking and hoping me well, I'm still alive although caught up with things, but I do appreciate you guys for wishing me well. How I've been doing, well, most of the times being stuck on Discord hanging around with fellow furs and scalies, especially my BF. Another thing is that I've been doing a LOT of paperwork for university, for months, couple that with internship at an automotive servicing and a defense for a group thesis. Those things took every inch of my energy and time, and that I couldn't feel like drawing at this point. It really was a conflict, but I had to mind those stuffs for the sake of not failing a single subject for the semester. Yes, I would get my pen and tablet ready for something to draw when I get home, but there's another problem for me..

See, I've been a fan of racing games in general, mostly leaning on Need For Speed franchise. But as time and years have passed, things went unwell for the racing games I used to like, especially that said franchise that I used to grow up with. So then, I switched up to a game that I should have stayed playing it after the first day I discovered it since many years: Warframe. But last year, someone gifted me a game that will soon become my 'new addiction': Skyrim. Yes. I know you guys would jump in and tell me that I should have played this, like, the day it came out. What year did this Skyrim came out.....2011? But you guys don't have to worry about that, because I FUCKING AGREE WITH YOU! I mean, yeah, it's obvious for me to mention this but this game got a FUCKTON of content (well, mostly thanks to mods), and it's even MORE story-driven, it's something that made me stay enjoying Skyrim more than I barely had for the games that I used to be a fan of. So... that's the problem. This newfound addiction, like, whenever I'm done solving ten word problems on a paper for this "report project"...the only thing that came up to my mind about what to do next, is Skyrim, not getting hands on my pen and tablet once more..

And thanks to that Skyrim, I've become more of an Elder Scrolls of a sergal. Even then that I started getting into Elder Scrolls Online, a few months after I felt like moving on for Skyrim, as another game that I'm getting addicted with despite that majority of its contents are locked behind paywall. The usual RPG downsides and disappointments. Everyday when I hit home, I just fire up ESO to wind down. Again, couldn't think of drawing a new pic for my busty sergal..

Fast forward to present, I'm now a (late) graduate somehow...although I still haven't got my diploma because of some circumstance, and because my university's commencement exercise only takes place every July, I'll be getting it by next year despite that I'm an Octoberian.. So that makes one huge burden to be taken away, and I can finally get back on drawing pics right? Well...last week, I've been told out of nowhere that I have to take up on review centers for the licensure exam next year. And there goes another hurdle to deal with...

But still, I'm making a bit of a return to making artwork for my OCs. There are few that needs a bit of rework, so maybe that's what I'll get to focus on as part of comeback? Right now, I'm posting open YCHs and you can hit me up for a spot if you're interested. Also, about that particular social platform: I'm really sorry for making my departure unannounced, but given with what happened (to be specific, what that musky billionaire did) to that site made me feel of not coming back to that site at all. I guess I'll have to search and start new for other social platforms.
