I never know what to put in these art site journals. Ever since DA came out with the concept I've always struggled. Well, here goes. I have so much creative junk going on and tearing me in so many places that I'm sure I can dredge up something.

Anyway I have been working a lot on modding for the old Petz games, as you can see from the gallery. The community really is one lost in time - forums, small websites. Some of us have been around for two decades. It's refreshing to see something that no matter how small won't fade or die.

There have been some exciting developments in the modding scene lately - http://petzforum.proboards.com/thre.....rview-petz-dev details an interview with a Petz dev and some hints on how the AI system works. Recently I've been delving into the game code and trying to crack the secrets behind the pets' personalities. There's a lot of digging through binaries looking for patterns, which is just as confusing as you think it is, but being able to mod personalities would be the cumulation of a two decade mystery! So it's all very exciting in the Petz scene.

So don't ever lose track of that old thing you loved - others love it too.
