Hi, you can call me Alex, or simply Kaset (it's pronounced cassette). I'm a 24 year old guy who likes drawing. Ever since I was little, I filled lots of notebooks with my doodles (including those destined to school), and a great majority of the characters I drawed were anthropomorfic animals. So, in a way, I guess I was alredy a furry back then :p
Anyways, just some months ago I started doing digital art, so I'm still in the process of learning.
By the way, I'm not completely fluent in english, so I may make some mistakes. Spanish is my native language.
On my Instagram you can see more of my art (it's not exclusively furry oriented): https://www.instagram.com/alex_caset01/

I need advice regarding commissions (G)
Ok, first off, hello once again xd
So, since I'm on summer break I have free time to try to be more productive regarding money: I want to get more serious about commision work (during 2025 I only did 4 commissions, at least regarding furry art). The thing is, I'm not sure how to find clients. I can only guess that I need to get more followers so there's a bigger chance of finding people interested in commissions, but growing on social media hasn't been easy for me. Up until recently I only posted on instagam and furaffinity, and I think I might have a better chance of finding interested people on the latter, but I'm not sure, only one person ever commisioned me in here (a friend of mine).
A few days ago I started posting on reddit, and it really surprised me that two of my drawings got more than 200 upvotes, so I guess my art has a better chance of visibility on there. Still, most of the drawigs I posted don't get more than 10 upvotes, and I have no followers yet; but I just started, so I guess I must be patient. Do you have any recomendations on what other website should I post my art on? I really want to do commissions, but it's kinda stressful to think that I'll have to start over in different websites to try to get people's attention, and after some time (maybe months) finally find at least one person that's interested.
I was thinking to give my commissions a starting price of 8$ up to 15$ (maybe more depending on the details), idk if any of you thinks that's too cheap, but it's because I'm kinda insecure about my abilities and I don't think people would want to pay more for what I have to offer (at least not yet).
Anyways, any advice or thoughts will be deeply appreciated.
Peace and love, mates.
