How to purchase an adopt:
1. Comment under the "comment here" thread with the number/letter/code for the character you want. Do not place your offer if you do not have the money to pay within 24 hours.
2. First come first served. I will pm you for your contact information. All payments through paypal in Usd via invoice.
3. Please don't place false offers, and please be respectful of your fellow purchasers.

How to bid on an adopt auction:
1. Comment on the comment thread (usually the first comment "comment here for...") with the amount you are bidding.
2. If you win the auction, I'll contact you through pm to exchange information. Paypal invoice in Usd only.
3. Do not offer if you cannot pay within 48 hours, with the exception noted below. Do not remove your comment.
4. I will extend the bidding time by 15 minutes during the end of the auction to prevent sniping.

A note on auctions.
Bid responsibly. There will always be more character auctions in the future, and I'm sure I'll use characters with a similar body shape or color design in the future, as I improve as an artist, there’ll be even more designs as time goes on. Above all, please know your limits and budget before placing your initial bid.

What you receive
-The right to completely alter anything about the character as you see fit. Personality, gender, look, name, anything. It’s yours.
-Exclusive use of the character
-Right to commercialize the character, with an exception noted below.
-An unwatermarked image of the character in question for reposting. Credit is not required, but always appreciated!



Terms of Service:
-I absolutely understand the dislike that some people have of the idea of adoptables. That being said, if you don't like them, probably best to stay off of this page. Please be civil.
- Unless otherwise noted, all characters have an auto buy of $125.
-It is unacceptable to harass bidders/purchasers into forfeiting their character to you. Doing so will get you place on a blacklist and banned from purchasing from me in the future.
-Fake/troll bids or purchases will be hidden, and you will be added to the blacklist.
-Do not offer, if you cannot pay within 48 hours. Note me, before offering, if you want to make other arrangements (like if you're not getting paid for 2-4 days).
-Flat priced adoptables are assigned in order of correctly input comments. If it’s not in the "comment here" section, it does not count. Private messages do not count as claims.
-Reselling of the design is OK. You must notify the buyer of these terms of service, and by purchasing the design from you both agree to abide by the terms of the TOS. You also agree to notify the buyer of the design before completing the purchase.
-I withhold the right to use the artwork itself in my portfolio, and as an example of my work, as well as my right to post the image on my social media sites.
-Unless stated otherwise, minimum bid increment on all auctions is $1
-All prices are in Usd
-All transactions are through PayPal, via Invoice. Upon confirmation of your purchase, I'll PM you for your information.
-Buyers must be active members of the site (minimum 2 months) to avoid troll bids.
-Please have respect for fellow bidders/purchasers!
-Purchasing designs with the intention of flipping them for profit will earn you a spot on the blacklist.
-These terms are subject to change at my discretion, without notice.
-After purchase of the design I am under no obligation to keep the file on hand, after you receive it, please make sure to save it.

Exception to commercialization of the character.
-You receive the right to commercialize the character as you see fit, be it selling slots with your character, selling the character (see above), or in other small scale endeavors. The right to use the design for mass produced items, or in commercial pursuits that result in an overall transfer of money in excess of $500Usd comes with the stipulation that I will receive 5% of net sales, as well as credit for the design. The initial purchase of the design will be treated as an advance against the royalties in this situation.
-You may not sell the design to a company or commercial business entity of any variety.


To simplify, commercialize the design as you see fit, but if you go the direction of mass production, such as making tshirts with the design, cups/prints, you agree to pay a small fraction in royalty fees. Commercial and noncommercial uses of designs are entirely different ballgames, including this lets me sell designs for far less than I would be comfortable with for commercial uses, as well as still providing you the right to sell the design in the future and have full freedom
