1. General Terms
By claiming a YCH, you agree to the terms listed below.
I reserve the right to refuse a request for any reason.

1.1. Subject Matter
I WILL draw:
• Furry, Feral, Ponies, Humans.
• Robots, Mecha, and Cyber-designs.
• Basically most species and themes (feel free to ask!).

I WON'T draw:
• NSFW featuring minors in any form. I strictly refuse to draw this even if the character is stated to be of legal age but has a minor-like (loli/shota) appearance.
Adult partners with size differences ok!
• Guro (Extreme gore or violence).

2. Payment & Process
• All payments are handled through Lavatop.
• 100% prepayment is required after the sketch is approved. Work on the color and render phases will proceed only after the payment is received.
• The YCH workflow includes:
Sketch Adaptation: Since this is a YCH, the base pose and composition are predefined. I will adjust the sketch to fit your character's features.
Color Phase: Edits regarding colors, marking shapes, and specific character features are accepted.
Rendering Phase: Only minor color or detail adjustments are permitted.

2.1. Final Approval & Closing the Deal
Once the YCH is finished and I receive your final approval in private messages, our deal is considered complete and closed.
• After this point, I will not accept any requests for additional corrections or edits.
• Please review the final result carefully before giving your approval.

3. Rights & Usage (Personal Use Only)
• Artist Rights: I retain all copyrights over the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio, social media, and artbooks.
• Client Rights: The client receives a non-exclusive license for Personal Use. This includes:
Using the art as an avatar, banner, or wallpaper.
Printing a physical copy for personal collection.
Sharing on social media with proper credit.
Prohibitions:
• No Commercial Use: You may not use the artwork for merchandise, branding, or profit-making activity.
• No AI/NFTs: The artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, or blockchain purposes (NFTs).
• No Heavy Editing: Altering the artwork (filters, tracing, or painting over) without my consent is prohibited.

4. Revisions
• Minor revisions to accurately fit your character to the YCH base are free during the sketch stage.
• Major pose changes are not allowed, as this is a pre-made YCH.
• Artist Errors: Corrections due to my own oversight (e.g., I missed a spot or an accessory) are always free of charge.

5. Deadlines & Delivery
• Completion time usually takes [1–2 months] depending on complexity and my current queue.
• The deadline countdown begins after payment is received.
• If you have a specific deadline, please mention it before payment. A rush fee may apply for tight deadlines.
• Delivered as a high-resolution PNG/JPEG. Raw source files (.PSD) are not included (screenshots of layers are available upon request).

6. Cancellation & Refunds
• Full refunds are only available if I have not started the work.
• Partial refunds (50%) are available if cancelled during the sketch adaptation phase.
• No refunds once the artwork is in the final rendering stage or completed.
• If I am unable to complete your YCH for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued regardless of progress.
