Hey all!



Thank you for visiting my page. When i'm not sewing or working, I'm drawing.



**artists history**

Inspired from a young age by animated animal characters I took to drawing them and I enjoyed it. It was a mixture of Watership Down, Bambi, Animals of Farthing Woods, The Silver Brumby etc. The Lion King film came out and I loved watching the film and drawing. my dad worked shift work (days/nights) so I couldn't do anything too noisy or it would wake him up. So a lot of my childhood was playing with all my animal toys and making up big adventures that would last for weeks, or draw.

The internet arrived in our house and Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron had been created by Dreamworks. I joined an online fan forum created by 'ldytigress' called Run With The Wind. there were yahoo rpg groups too. they were so much fun.



I also discovered FA and created a female busty cheetah character called Shenzi (i still have drawings somewhere) she was inspired by Lara Croft and had an entire backstory. I used to go into the school library when we didn't have internet and I would check out FA. But of course FA went down for a very long time, or felt like a long time. I figured the website completely vanished so I moved to Deviantart.



 I created a Deviantart account

 and uploaded all my equine art to there. The owner of ldytigress.com was a very strange and sour person. someone started an argument with her and boom, she shut down the whole website. luckily our backup was the yahoo forums and we stayed in contact with each other there. two i stay in contact with on facebook and Deviantart, but everyone else had just vanished. Sad times. Someone created a replica freeboards version, but it didn't feel the same.

I carried on uploading drawings and stuff to deviantart and browsing 'deviations' when I stumbled across a fursuit. looking further into it, the profile was Mixed Candy. there was a bit of a hubub going on with MC buying a fursuit head so they could take it apart and see how the follow you eyes work. I wont say who the maker was and luckily it's so far in the past I don't think anyone remembers. But I did look up that suit builder and I fell in love with their work. I decided that I would save up and buy one of their suits, but in the meantime I would have a go at making my own. Many failed attempts and you feel like you've gotten this far, you can't stop now. I created a FA account and started drawing anthropomorphic characters again. As i'd only been drawing horses I had to learn how to draw anthropomorphic characters. The experience is like learning how to walk again. I'm still perfecting my style but it's getting there.
