Payment

All fursuit commissions require a 25% deposit to be paid before any work can begin (this deposit is so we can order and purchase the proper materials for fursuit works and ensure work time is not wasted). All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Payment plans are acceptable in increments no lower than $50 after initial first downpayment and no lower then $150 if you buy multiple slots.

All suits must be paid in full before work finishes, your slot will not be set before the first 25% payment has been made. Upon completion, shipping costs will be calculated and these must be paid in full before shipping takes place. All prices and quotes on fursuits DO NOT include shipping costs.

For smaller commissions (such as just Handpaws, Tails, Refurbishing or art) we require payment in full before work can be started due to the cost of ordering materials or ensuring payment for art. Again, all prices on fursuit parts DO NOT include shipping costs. Do not complain about prices after having agreed upon a set amount, we work with you to find the price that's best for you. Once you agree to this payment, it is set and you do not have room to complain.

From the time of final payment, beginning suit construction may take up to 90 days depending on the number of people ahead of you in the queue. Every attempt will be made to do this in 90 days. Please contact me via Telegram, Email, Note, DeviantArt or Facebook to check the status of the commission if there are any concerns. Do not message every day looking for updates, this disrupts work time and distracts from getting updates done.

Premades

From time to time premade suits along with adoptable characters will be available, and some information may differ, such as amount per payment if not paid in full and put on a payment plan. The species will not be changed however small details might be edited before leaving my hands, and things such as bandanas and small accessories can be added, a ref sheet and badge will come with the creature. Sometimes only premade heads will be made, not limited to partials and full suits.

You will have the option to upgrade your suit into a full or partial suit depending on what is being crafted. This does not mean the price listed is set in stone, it means I will have to give you an estimates quote on how much extra you will have to pay to achieve this. No refund will be made under any circumstances for this type of item.

Deadlines

If your suit has a deadline, such as a future convention, please inform us BEFORE ordering! Otherwise, a full $150 rush order fee will be added to your fursuit commission total unless it is otherwise stated smaller commissions will be a $50 rush fee. We will do our best to get your commission(s) to you before the deadline! If there are several suits in the queue before yours, however, or we feel the deadline is unreasonable, we will not be able to accept your deadline.

A rush order fee will apply to those requesting a fursuit commission done in under 90 days, and this fee can vary depending on the complexity of the suit and the number of materials required. The fees can range between $50-$150.

If there is no deadline provided, we shall provide you with a rough estimate as to when the commission should be completed. This is based on the time it will take to build and its current position in the queue. This estimate of time is NOT a guaranteed delivery date and may be subject to delays. Delays include, but are not limited to, incoming priority rush orders, out of stock materials, equipment failures, health issues, work, or other extenuating circumstances. If there are any delays in the estimate of time, you will be contacted immediately with an updated completion time. If we agree to a deadline and are unable to meet it, we will contact you to discuss possible compensation; compensation usually is a free badge if late with an order or discussion of another method.

Refunds

We CAN NOT do full refunds on suits at this time unless otherwise stated or under small circumstances, do keep in mind this is still a small business as of right now and the only form of income at this time. Be serious when commissioning me, and do not be disrespectful or indignant. I have had experience with said people before and do not wish for a repeat. If you become inappropriate with me I do reserve the right to stop service on your product be it fursuit or artwork. The small circumstances do not include species change.( more on this is listed in the Warranty section).

The artwork is subject to refunds up to half the price, if but not limited to anything at or under $15

Measurements

All measurements are taken at face value, meaning it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all measurements are correct before being sent to us. For hand paws, we ask that you send a pair of snug but slightly loose fit gloves or a tracing of your hand to ensure the best fitting. Forms of clothing that you may wish to send and that are acceptable are the following...Please take into account sewing room.

T-Shirts and jeans, not skinny jeans or tight shirts. I will not accept sweaters or any baggy forms of clothing like jogging pants or sweatpants. Cloths must lightly hang off the body, not to tight but not to lose, measurements still apply. Shoes in your size that do not have rips, holes, or tares will NOT be acceptable, remember you will need comfortable shoes WITH an arch for lumbar/ back support, you will be in these fee for hours if attending cons and will experience increased pain if not using proper footwear. If I have to purchase shoes for your fursuit be sure of the size, shoe brands differ with size and keep in mind these may need to be broken in so wearing them around the house may help to loosen them up a bit.

Warranty

All fursuit commissions come with a 90-Day Warranty. Once payment is in full is final and in your possession. If the item you have commissioned becomes damaged or ripped, by no fault of your own, or if something falls off or breaks within the first 90 days, you may return the item damaged and we will repair it free of charge. If the item appears to have been handled improperly or obviously abused, we will not repair it. This item will be sent back at the owner's expense. If the item has been worn prior to returning we ask that you wash it before sending it. We will not work on dirty or soiled items and the product will be sent back at the owner's expense.

If we do at any point choose to accept a return within the 30-day timeframe, we will refund only your last initial payment. You will not get your deposit back and we reserve the right to resell your suit at auction. Small circumstances that call for a refund include but are limited to emergencies such as injury/ or unexpected death in the family that causes for some funds to become needed. Repair of a motor vehicle, not to buy a new one or to go towards a car payment, that should have been factored into your budget, to begin with.

WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUITS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING – We will offer you postal insurance and it is your responsibility to pay for it!

Order Alterations/Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any fursuit commission at any stage if the commissioner is rude, or displays any threatening or unreasonable behavior. Referring to perverted comments, unwanted pictures, cyberbullying, or lack of respect, as noted before in these terms. Once your order has been made and materials have been paid for, then no changes may be made to the commission. Please ensure that you have provided us with a proper reference. If you cannot I can offer to make you one for an additional $25 before taking your fursuit commission.

If you wish to cancel your commission before work begins, you may do so; however, your deposit will not be returned. In the instance that a commission has been started when a cancellation request has been entered, the same rule applies.

We also reserve the right to refuse certain commissions, such as characters we feel are too complex for us to make satisfactorily, adult items, stylistic differences, copyrighted characters, and more. You will be informed if your commission was refused and why.

Allergy Warning

There have a variety of pets on the premises at Cookie Rue Customz. While we do try our best to not allow any contact between your fursuit and our pets, we cannot guarantee they will be allergen free.

The pets we own include:
-2 Cats & a Dog
Possible Rodents, such as mice/rats may also be a factor but not at this current time.

*Health Disclaimer

The maker has allergies, to pollen/ mold etc... this mixed with long tickling your nose fur causes problems. We wish, as well as I'm sure you wish for the crafter to not go into a sneezing fit while working on your fursuit. This can cause frequent breaks during the day if no allergy meds are on hand, this rarely happens but can occur. Asthma is also an issue, since inhaling fur is not exactly healthy on a daily basis, even when using a bandana to cover the face this doesn't always help. There could also be a time that possible hospitalization may occur for one if not both reasons, keep these in mind. Due to an injury to the head when in youth, the crafter of items may ask many of the same questions due to memory loss, although much information is taken down in notes often times they will forget to write down information or could be misplaced.

The owner is a transgender male (FTM) and is currently starting HRT, this stands for Hormone Replacement Therapy. This affects all parts of the body, which you may ask about for a further in depth discussion, there will be times mood is a factor and may cause them to snap at people, this is a second puberty and a huge influx of hormones being put into the body. Fair warning will be given if the individual feels they may snap at someone because they do not wish to do so or always talk about it.

Being a transgender individual one also may be subject to operations to remove and replace biological "body deformities", which will result in time to be taken to recuperate. This time will be relayed back to any current commissioners at or before the time for said operation takes place.
