After nosing around and poking around the site for a few months, I decided to make an account here. There are 2 main reasons that it took so long to mark my territory on FA. The first is that I can't draw for ****. I'm not artistic with pen, pencil, ink, crayons, watercolor, cg, or anything of that nature. Because of this, I was held back for about a few weeks till I realized that I could just post pictures of my wonderful cat, Happy. As I was to create an account, I also realized another setback. What char do I use to identify myself with. Truth be told, most of my chars that I've created in story form are either humans or elves. I had only one anthro, who was for a long time, a side project. But as the weeks of enjoying the art and checking out stuff on this site ran on, he kept becoming more and more focused on being a main character, instead of being relegated to a one shot. So, finally, with the intent of bringing him into the mainstream, I created this account.

Fully intending to attend cons and chat and meet with other FA people, I realized that the first thing I need is a commission of what my char looks like. At this time, I've been unable to find many people taking commissions at this time (since journals are unable to be searched), but have found a few. Once I get an idea of what he is to look like, then, the story of Orin will begin. This is a small step towards the development of Orin, but it's one giant leap into a whole new world, and I like where the path is leading me.
