How's it going, folks? Tiger Larcison here. This is the new account of "Lynxmarsen", hence the reason my name might be familiar to some of you.

Writing is pretty much in my blood, and like all writers, I get inspiration from everywhere and everything, such as novelists, comic books, mythologies and others, but most of all from my family (my wife and three kids, and my camera-hating cat). My preferred genres are science fiction and fantasy, but I'm open to trying different genres if I have a good idea for a story.

In regards to my content, let me be very clear: I will NOT post anything rated NC-17 or adult, since that's not my cup of tea. My content will at most have a "Mature" rating (equivalent to an R-rated film) but will mostly be for an older teen audience. Some of my stories can be a little weird and "out there" at times, but I say weird is good.

My Fursona:

Lynxaron Julius Ezekiel Marsen, or Lynx, is a white African lion with trace amounts of wolf heritage and an unusual physical anomaly: giant collapsible hawk-like wings attached directly to his shoulders and spine with a span of 18 feet. Physically, he stands 6 feet 9.3 inches in height and weighs about 234 lbs. Due to the large size of his wings, he is capable of flight, but he prefers not to do so. He has a rather heavy and muscular physique, from working out a lot, and is broad-shouldered, toned and quite menacing in appearance. Several distinguishing markings and features include the following: a large scar on his stomach in a vague lightning bolt shape, heterochromatic eyes (right eye is hazel gold, left eye is royal blue), and a burn scar on his right hand which has damaged the fur. He also has very long dark brown head hair, going down to his upper back, and it often goes loose; only in formal events will he secure it in a ponytail. He is also left-handed. His wings, which are a genetic trait passed down through his family, are able to flatten against his back to the point he can wear a shirt over them with comfort.

Despite his menacing looks, Lynx is quite the opposite in terms of personality. While some know him for a slightly wild and unpredictable temper, Lynx is actually very calm, kind and shy most of the time. Very rarely does he actually get angry. He is also very intelligent, well-educated, and talented in many different fields, such as music, writing, astronomy, and other things. He doesn't care much for fashion and often dresses in casual dark clothing, such as blue jeans, a sweater, a t-shirt with a nature-themed image, etc. Due to the large burn scar on his hand, he wears cut-off biker gloves to hide the graphic wound. Despite being 100% straight, he is very accepting of all sexualities, given his best friend in high school was gay.

Lynx's interests and likes include: science fiction, fantasy, the supernatural (especially werewolves and paranormal events), writing in such genres, martial arts, action movies with a good story (like "The Avengers" and "Van Helsing"), astronomy, friendly people, animals of most species, Igor Stravinsky, Adam Lambert hits, etc.

His dislikes: seafood (he hates the texture of the meat), insects, extreme heights, rap music, obnoxious people, bigoted morons (he's not afraid to insult such mean people if they truly deserve it), closed-minded people, etc.

He is currently married to a young vixen named Natalie and has three kids: a son named Derek and two daughters, Amiria and Sabrina.
