The problems of aspiring artists

My friend told me that a lot of people are afraid to trust new artists nowadays.
So to try my hand at being a digital artist, I'm going to work with a friend as an animator.
Hell, I don't know if this is normal, but I want to try everything, frame-by-frame animation, 3d and more, but knowing myself, I get burned out on this stuff very quickly.
And to eliminate such a moment, I'm going to learn animation gradually and very slowly, getting into it with my head
