Turns out a lot of the harassment I was receiving for the comic was done by the same person. Someone who I know and he's had a history of trying to get close to me and me rejecting him. It was attacks to make me feel worse about myself and my work and someone like that isn't really reason to stop posting.
It puts it into perspective that this isn't a legion of people but one (maybe two if someone else was caught in the mix) who have a lot of energy to waste.
As such, I will not be returning that energy. I'll be posting again publicly every Monday.
