I will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this Journal. Every time you visit this page, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
Privacy Policy
Before you continue, I’d advise you to read our privacy policy regarding both you and my personal information. This crime caused by this can lead to legal trouble if plausible. You must be willing to not get into areas that aren’t claimed to be your own.
Copyright
I can only do characters that are made by you If your characters are protected by copyright laws. Then you must give me a license. This is something you must mention. If you refuse to tell me then I won’t accept the further purchase. I also won’t do the commission if the character is stolen. As if it’s stolen by law I can’t do anything with it as your not the original owner. If It’s a gift then you must verify by linking the person to me.
Communications
The entire communication with me is electronic. Every time you send me a message on any platform, you are going to be communicating with us. And this means to not behave inappropriately and to be respectful. If you are going to commission me then be respectful. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Applicable Law
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of your location, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between me and you, or it's business partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your purchase from me shall be judged by state or federal court of your location and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Payment
Users must give the payment required or I won’t be able to do the Commission. I currently accept PayPal and Points as payment. I won’t accept characters or art trade for commissions. Refunds can only be given during the process of making your Commissions
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.
General
I am highly responsible for maintaining and providing you service along with keeping your private user details away from unwanted users. You are responsible for all details involving for the purchase such as the money and details on what you’d like. But these are the things I have the right to do and the things to acknowledge.
-I am reserved to all rights to terminate commissions orders by you. I will notify you.
-I am reserved to not start until I get my payment
-I am reserved to change to terms and services
-I will send you a sketch to see if you're pleased with it. There you can choose if you wanna continue, cancel, and rearrange the artwork Commissions.
-Don’t reply below this Journal about your Purchase. If you're going to note me then Contact me through notes or discord, “MilkyBox™#2937”.
-My schedules can also get in the way of doing Commissions, so no controversy occurs please go to this link.
