Minto, an ancient dragon from Feudal Japan, served as a political advisor to the Shogun. She was granted her position largely due to her close relationship with an heir of Amaterasu.
Although Minto misses her pampered life with the Shogunate, she much prefers living in the modern era. Largely due to Coffee Shops and easy listening, Lo-Fi beats. Things not normally available during the edo period.
Minto prefers to live in secluded, hard to reach areas. This is due to the constant pestering of historians and journalists, desperate to learn about the past. Despite the seclusion, Minto does tend to be rather promiscuous, casually indulging in long nights with friends and strangers.
