So, I really need your opinion from the perspective of a "buyer" and "enjoyer" of artists' work, their YCHs, and so on.

Does it make sense to work so hard on a YCH and you like, "Oh, hell yeah, I want this! I'll give it AB!" or will you bid regardless of quality? In that case, what's important to you in a YCHs—quality, the idea, the artist's name, a theme you're passionate about?

In short:

1. Does it make sense to work so hard on a YCH because you buy it/bid on it? (Work on a faceless character, rendering, adding shadows and highlights, or is a sketch enough?)

2. How do you usually find YCHs? ("I browse the general feed, search by tags/titles", my own version.)

3. What makes you want to buy a YCH after all?

4. What prevents you from buying YCHs/any other artist's products? (finances, politics, principles, artist's reputation, my own version)

And yes, a little off-topic for those who are still interested in my thoughts: the thing is, I've noticed that no matter how exactly I draw YCH, sometimes they sell, sometimes they don't. And this makes me go over my options - what did I do wrong? Are my prices high? Are my bidding increments wrong? Am I offering too little? Is the topic I'm drawing not interesting to anyone? Maybe I should stop drawing femboys... or, on the contrary, focus only on them/traps/futanari?

Most of my YCH are agender - and I can draw women, men, futanari, and so on. But I can't come up with this perfect formula... and it really frustrates me because drawing is the only thing that brings me money without pain. But there's no guarantee that people are interested in me.
