By commissioning me you agree to these terms that are written to create an understanding between the artist and client.
PAYMENT
Payments are to be made with invoice via PayPal
Orders under $100 must be paid in full
Payment plans will be discussed when your quote is agreed upon between the artist and client
Full payment must be sent before work is begun
PROCESS
Once payment is sent, a set of thumbnails will be sent for the client to choose from
Any thumbnails not chosen are not property of client, only the selected thumbnail
A more detailed sketch with some light shading will be sent for approval. Work will not continue until client approves the cleaned sketch
Lineart will be sent for approval. Work will not continue until lineart is approved by client(if applicable)
Lighting and background approval by client. Once approved the file will be sent to the client along with a watermarked version.
USE OF ARTWORK
The artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes. If you are interested in logos, merchandise designs etc. please contact us via your preferred platform.
When posting on websites or social media, linked credit is not required but appreciated(we understand tagging can be annoying. This is why we have a watermark to make it easier)
Only publicly post the watermarked version of the artwork.
REFUNDS
In the event a refund is requested, the client will pay for only what the client approved (ex. If a client approves lineart and the artist finished the coloring process however have not asked for approval, client will only pay for the lineart.)
The artist must request to refund the client money for any project. If the reason is not major (ex. of major: living situation change, physical harm, severe mental health issues)
If Artist issues refund, Client will receive all art that was finished and have the right to own it despite how of a refund was issued
TURNAROUND
Completion times vary greatly
More often than not if my queue is empty I can finish unshaded work the same day. Typically I give myself a few days for more complex works like detailed ref sheets, traditional badges and shaded complex artwork due to me wanting to ensure I can catch small mistakes and ensure you get the highest quality I can provide without rushing myself or making a client wait over a month. Progress of our queue can be seen on our trello.
