TOS

1. Payment
– I work with full upfront payment.
– I accept payment in USD (United States Dollars).
– Payment through Paypal, Venmo, or Ko-fi

2. Refunds
– No refunds will be given after payment is made.
– If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.
3. Copyright & Ownership
– I retain full copyright of all artworks I create.
– You are not allowed to edit, trace, resell, or heavily reference my work without permission.
– You may post the commissioned piece, but credit must be clearly given to me as the artist.
4. Publishing Artworks
– I reserve the right to publish all commissioned works in my portfolio and social media.
– If the artwork is intended as a gift or surprise (e.g. for a birthday), please let me know in advance, and I will delay the upload accordingly.
5. Commercial Use
– All commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are discussed and paid for separately.
6. Turnaround Time
– Typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks.
– Delays may occur due to queue or personal circumstances. I will inform you if that happens.
7. Work-in-Progress & Revisions
– WIP (Work-In-Progress) previews are available upon request.
– Minor changes during the sketch phase are free.
– Major changes after lineart or coloring may require an additional fee.
