I may refuse a sale for any reason. Once a sale is completed however, I will not under any circumstances take a design back. Once money has exchanged hands, the design is yours.

All sales are final. I will not refund designs purchased, however, you are free to return the design to me for a voucher equal to the amount spent towards any other design I do.

Designs received for free in raffles or giveaways may not be sold or traded until they have more art, either visual or written. They may be re-gifted at any time however.

Once a design is sold you are free to use it for any purpose that is not corporate commercial. If you would like to use your design for corporate reasons (as a character in a game for sale, novel for sale, movie for sale, or merch for sale) please discuss it with me. As I am happy to allow corporate use of designs for an additional fee. You may use it as a mascot for your personal art or brand however at no charge, as a fursona, or anything else you desire.

My art and designs may not under any circumstances be used for anything involving Non Fungible Tokens. Use of my artwork, designs, or creations in any way associated with NFTs is strictly prohibited. This includes the minting of my work as NFTs, or the use of my work to promote NFTs in any capacity.

Once a design is sold you may change it in any way you desire. No limits. This includes but is not limited to physical attributes, sex, gender, markings, colours, or similar.

You may upload your purchased art anywhere you like, FA, DA, Toyhou.se, go wild! But Please credit me for the initial design, you may find appropriate places to credit me on the front of my profile. If you upload your design to Toyhou.se please credit it to me on Toyhou.se as 'TricksterKisses'.
